Nestled in suburbia, only 4 kilometres from the city heart, is The Green Edge, Brisbane’s long running and iconic plant based dining café. Established in 2008 from humble beginnings, The Green Edge has been providing a great casual dining experience to the people of Brisbane and travellers alike.

Lovely greetings when we arrive they show us to our table as it was our first time being there it didn’t take to long to wait as it was very busy for it was a Saturday morning the food was superb I had pancakes and banana and ice cream . I be most definitely be coming back.

Green Edge never disappoints. The food is always great to fantastic, the staff are always welcoming and infeciously positive. This time around, I had a table of ten. Consisted of 1 gluten free person, 3 vegans, 2 fussy teens, a carb conscious weightlifter and 3 dairy/meat hungry country folk. Everyone loved their meals. Service was also quick and we all got our meaks at similar times.

Excellent vegan food. Party of 6- 3 vegan, 2 enjoy eating vegan, 1 non vegan. All enjoyed the food ordered. Ice cream for desert and was amazing. We had a toddler and 4 year old with us however there wasn’t anything for them to be occupied so maybe something child friendly in puzzles, colouring in etc could be added in a corner or shelf. We didn’t ask if there was anything available but looked around and didn’t see anything. Food is always great here and we just love what the new owners have done and how they’ve added so much more to the menu and in store, well done!

My absolute favourite place to dine and grocery shop. The food is delicious, service is terrify, and so many great vegan products. Don’t forget to check out the deli, juice bar and ice cream bar. 💚

Great vegan food! BBQ Korean pizza was delicious as was the ice cream and frappes. Booked this for my work Xmas dinner with noone apart from me being vegan and everyone loved the food and were quite impressed.

The green edge offers a wonderful consistently amazing experience all around. Whether it be the extensive unique grocery assortment or the high quality menu that always has something to surprise, the green edge offers something for everyone. I would recommend this place heavily for both vegans and non vegans alike
