Server was fantastic, checked up on us plenty without feeling overbearing and laughed at the tables jokes.

We had a group of 15. But was not impressed with the service the waitress did not come around for refills we were waiting awhile. I choice to come at 3 o’clock because it’s usually not that busy. Which it wasn’t. We were charged 18% gratuities so I expected much better service The food was good service could of been much better

Just awful! Our server was friendly when she was there, but she was rarely there. Service was incredibly slow. Almost an hour to get the food with small portion sizes. Water glasses were smudgy and I got a long black hair tucked into my wrap 🤢 Obviously I wasn’t charged for the meal I sent back but we received no other discount applied to the final bill. Overall a crappy evening when you go for dinner with the family and get no dinner.

We made a reservation for a booth, yet when we got there, it was a seat yourself. Service was slow and not attentive. Took a while just to be acknowledged when we sat down. We had to put the request light on to order. Weren't asked for more drinks and had to flag the waitress down. Also had to flag down for the bill. We've been to many Canadian Brewhouse locations but this one was disappointing. Food and drinks were good. Service was lacking

A huge group came in after we had ordered and the kitchen prioritized them over everyone else. Our appetizers took 50 minutes to arrive. Our server was amazing and tried to resolve the issue for us. Overall, great service and wonderful food!

I sent my brunch meal back. I told the waitress that my meal was disgusting. She took the plate away. When the bill arrived my horrible Mother’s Day meal was so on the bill. We paid and left. Pretty sure that we won’t be back!!
