Excellent meal, excellent service. Great option for business meal. Try the excellent "Polenta flight" rich and flavorful but worth it as a restaurant specialty for the table. Can be difficult to find if you're hosting and don't direct your guests to the hotel. The restaurant name is blocked by trees and the GPS signal near the restaurant is spotty.

The experience was overall terrible. First, we arrived for a pre reserved reservation and was told we need to wait another 20 minutes for our table to be ready. We were not offered drinks or anything while we waited. We had to ask. Second, we waited at least 15 minutes, after being seated, before the waiter returned to inquire did we want anything to drink. The waiter had to be told by the hostess to take our order. Third, the food was cold when it eventually arrived. Very disappointing experience at this restaurant especially on Mother's Day. my wife handled it professionally, but I know she was upset. Terribel experience

The food was outstanding! Our server went above and beyond to make our experience top notch. It was my birthday and they even brought me out a card with staff signatures. I cannot say enough good things about The Albert!

We started with a nice smoled cocktail then split an arugula beet salad before Cioppino and Strozzapreti main dishes. Very nice presentation on everything served, and from a friendly/attentive Steven. A nice find.

Amira was a great server. They gave us a nice cake too!! Overall such a wonderful experience for my brother’s birthday. We hope to visit them regularly whenever we are in Chicago!!!!!
