   21 dlls for an Old fashioned and the only resemblance it had to a quality mix drink was the glass! 12 Oysters ordered they need to learn how to shuck oysters!!! I had pieces of shell on every single one of them! The steaks ?? Those were amazing!!! Service was horrible way below of what you would expect, no attention to detail! Some advise. Always serve the lady’s first and don’t cross reach when people are having a conversation!

   Really disappointed in the lack of flavor with the food. Sauces and butter options are absolutely needed. The umami saved a $112 mediocre steak. Great service, cool area, and nice ambience though!

   Way too noisy- 8 at out table and we never once could speak to anyone across the table without yelling. Steaks were good but not phenomenal for the price. Tater tots and sides were ho hum. Deserts very plain - they jazzed them up by putting a firework device on them- didn’t change the blah deserts- apple pie, chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and donuts were not worth ordering. Nothing fantastic about the place. Would not return because of the noise level. Staff was nice.

   We were excited to go back but very disappointed. The food was very overpriced with small portions. Also the music was turned up so loud it was hard to carry on a conversation.

   It really just wasn’t our vibe, it was loud, even on a Wednesday. and I paid three digits for an appetizer that was supposed to have crab and it didn’t. I understand that seafood is seasonal but I would have liked a warning because the three different kinds of ceviche didn’t justify the cost for me. Food tasted good. Server was fine. They are way better if you spend over $1000. That wasn’t our plan for a weeknight

   First time here for an anniversary dinner. Service was excellent and worth the 5 stars alone. We had one issue with a steak being overcooked, and they immediately corrected the issue and even gave a discount for the steak - not expected at all. Allison was very friendly and even helped me select my meal when I was stuck choosing between two options. The chilean sea bass was excellent. I would order it again. My children and husband all ordered steaks, and after correcting the one over cooked steak, everything was delicious. I probably wouldn't order the parmesan truffle fries again, while the flavor was great they weren't really crispy.

   Great meal. Fun for all. Seth, our server, was excellent. Sommelier was very helpful. Note to the DJ - turn down the volume just a bit. Vibe is great. But it’s not a club. When people can’t hear others seated across the table, that means it’s a little too loud. Great vibe. Love the music. Just dial down the volume a little.

    Our reservation was at 7:45. We arrived 10 minutes early yet ended up waiting until 8:25 to be seated. The music was excessively loud. We have been to STK before and knew what to expect, but this was ridiculous. We had to yell at each other all night. Our server explained the menu to one person at our table only and said, "You can relay the message," probably because it was so loud but still unacceptable. Then we seemed to be forgotten about. There were no extra plates for the shared dishes. All in all, I had a pretty bad experience for a fifteen hundred dollar meal.

    We had a reservation at 7:15 pm and weren’t even considered being sat until 8:30 pm. Multiple other groups were sat before us who arrived after us and again we had a reservation, which seems like an irrelevant thing to have. We asked at least 4-5 times about our table and didn’t receive any sort of information or was told by the same hostess she would check on it to then not be communicated with by her again at all. Spoke to her multiple times and it was like she had no idea who we were or that we had already been asking about the table.

    Our meals were AMAZING!! Filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was delicious. The waiter didn’t like how our mushrooms looked so he took them back and brought out a new dish of mushrooms…now that’s amazing service!

    The waiter was knowledgeable and also quite skilled in the art of the up sale. I was disappointed that even though our experience began during happy hour, not all of our drinks were charged at that price point. A year ago they were.

    Everything was outstanding, from the drinks to appetizers to dinner plates. The size of the steaks and the number of racks for lamb outstanding. The waiters were attentive to our parties needs. Looking forward to coming back and tasting other delicious items

    We came to STK for happy hour and drinks and sat outside. Waitress had little or no knowledge of the menu offerings (for example she indicated that the Wagyu Tacos came in a portion size of three and only a single taco arrived, and when we asked her to describe the popcorn chicken appetizer she said “it’s kinda like everyone else’s popcorn chicken). We had to ask for water and did not receive any cutlery. Did not see the waitress again until we had to flag her down for a copy of the check. Very poor service for a “higher end” restaurant and the prices. Disappointing.

    Definitely the worst “high end” steak house I’ve been to. You can’t hear yourself think because of the dj. None of our steaks were cooked to the correct temperature. We ordered 2 of the wagyu tomahawks and the both came out cold. Waste of $1,000 right there. The staff kept giving the wrong plates to people and our drinks were always empty. Place should be torn down

    The steak was great. The spinach was so so The Yukon potatoes very good and the apple pie. and chocolate cake great Allison-our server- was superb The noise level was intolerable , more like disco level. We literally had to shout for the five of us to have a conversation. Color came disappointed Richard Herman

    STK Scottsdale was awesome! I have eaten at multiple STK’s (Orlando, Vegas, Atlanta, etc) multiple times… this was my first time in Scottsdale… and this was my best experience! Service was awesome, food was great, and the setup in the restaurant is great. We were a group of 8 celebrating some business wins and left very happy!

    Emelia was our server and she was WONDERFUL! Attentive, good menu suggestions and prompt service. Food was incredible. We had the tomahawk and a few sides. The gem salad was perfection. Great drink options for happy hour. Overall, a great experience!

    I would have given all stars except for this feedback. We booked a table inside and they were virtually empty when we got there. The hostess said there would be a wait as there’s aas only one server available. My question is if I had made a reservation than the server should have been waiting for us correct? Anyway he said we could wait by the STK flower arrangement and I asked if we could sit at the bar and she said of course she would come and let us know when our server was prepared to welcome us at our table. She never came back to give us our table outside or even check on us at the bar however Jeremiah saved the luncheon experience with his skills as a mixologist and his knowledge to speak to any subject kept us engaged and drinking at the bar and we thoroughly enjoyed lunch. I will definitely come back on a Sunday morning when it’s quiet although I would love to sit outside and watch the people Jeremiah has managed to secure one seat for sure at his bar anytime I am there. Possibly the hostess is new but other than that yes the experience was spot on.

    Came for the whole bday experience told my server it was my bday and put it in my reservation.. I love this restaurant wherever I go if it’s a STK I’m going. I ordered oysters but when I say these was the smallest I ever seen it was basically nothing left after being shucked lol… my server was not too great didn’t check on us… next time I seen him I was asking for the check.. and never received the bday experience was just given the check… my steak I asked for medium well and it came out medium rare. In all I had the worst bday experience here and I love this place very disappointed… for that server I left u a nice note along with tip… this is not what u look for in fine dining… I had an order taker not a server… I know this cause I’m in the industry… in all came from out of town to enjoy my bday and my dinner just was not what I expected especially dining here multiple times

    This was one of the worst experiences and meal..Especially considering the amount of money spent on dinner. Reservation was for 8:45. Didn’t get sat till 9:10. At 9:17 server came by to say she would be with us shortly. My friends steak was undercooked mine was over cooked. They took it back to refire her filet and they butterflied it with out even asking. When you pay $80 for a filet you should know better. She was never even given a plate to put her mashed potato’s on while my steak was in front of me and she had nothing to eat. I stole a bread plate off another table so she could eat some of mine. My steak which I had a NY was also sour tasting . I also have to say the plates were not even wiped. They came out of kitchen with splatter on them. I am in the food and beverage business and I have to say I would never come back here again. Management never even came by to apologize for the mistake. The music was also so loud we had to scream to talk. Just a BIG disappointing experience.

    I’ve been to STK in several other cities before and the food is always delicious!! This location wasn’t any different food was amazing! Our reservation was for 8:45p for standard seating we didn’t get seated until almost 9:30pm OUTSIDE! This was a downside because I specifically picked indoor seating bc it was chilly. It took over 35 mins to turn on our outdoor heating lamp. The food came out quickly but our server wasn’t the most attentive. Would I go back? Yes because I love the ambiance and food but I hope to have better service next time.

    Service was extremely slow here. Had a 7:45 reservation, did not get seated until 8:45. Appetizer did not come until after the entrees. I love the energy and ambiance of the place, but the dinner was mediocre.

    We arrived early for our reservation but were seated 20 minutes late. The manager made up for this by offering champagne which was nice. All of the food came out as ordered except one diner was given the wrong plate twice. By the time his food was delivered, everyone else was done eating. The diner was assured the meal would be taken off the bill, but that was not the case when the bill arrived. Upon further scrutiny, we noticed that the two $80 bottles of wine we ordered were charged at $100 each. When confronted about this the manager instantly reduced our bill by 50%. Beware of the charges at STK, something tells me this is a common practice to overcharge. Make sure to scrutinize your bill, and hang onto the wine list!

    We had an awful experience at STK - Scottsdale. We had a reservation for 9 at 7:45PM and we weren’t sat until after 9:00PM. We were made to stand outside waiting for over an hour and we weren’t offered any drinks or appetizers while waiting as an act of appreciation for the inconvenience. The food is very overpriced for the quality… $19 for 6 fries… we ordered a $80 rare steak that came out medium and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to re-cook it. Lastly, we waiting over 20 minutes for our bill after asking for it.

    Front of house was behind, waited an hour after our reservation to be seated. Beautiful esthetic, inconsistent dress code (very skimpy/distressed street wear, gym wear, was permitted) very loud clubbing music. Overall a confusing vibe. Seems like a spot catering to younger kids with new money. Food was decent, but for the price, could have been a lot better. Service was good, not great. Food took a very long time to come out. For what we spent, I expected a lot more. We might be young, but we don’t like wasting our money on subpar food & service just because someone on Instagram likes it. We won’t be back.

    Very disappointed in the quality of food and service. I get that every establishment has an off night, but not to this extent. From start to finish, service is subpar at best. Had to ask for waters to start. Steak was dry, tough, and not worth the price. Ordered the King Crab legs, by far the worst crab I’ve ever had in my life. Very disappointed for the price we paid and the quality of food and service we received.

    Best meal we've had in years. Wifey had the Wagyu filet. Best piece of meat ever. The seabass was fresh and seasoned to perfection. The mashed potatoes were excellent - so creamy that if drizzled with chocolate would have passed for a dessert. The service was outstanding. Thank you Cesar and staff!

    Service from the hostess stand to table service was awful. Potatoes and corn were cold upon service. Wine came after dinner instead of with dinner. We kept getting other people’s food all night. Won’t go back for over priced food and terrible service.

    Food was excellent however the service didnt match the food. The servers were kind however the speed was very slow. We were in the restaurant for almost 4 hours! It took 30 minutes just to get the bill. There were multiple tables complaining and even some who demanded money back because the food took too long and they were ready to leave.
