The fried chicken was excellent! Members of our party also tried the steak frites and meatloaf which they also indicated was excellent. We sampled several deserts and they were all delicious, the green tea one was our fav . ZOE was an excellent server…. We loved her!

Dining at silver sage is always a delight! It is a hidden gem in Eagle Co at Red Sky and the view is spectacular! The pork chop is a large portion and seasoned perfectly. The short rib appetizer is tender and filling. The beet salad is enough for two or more. The strawberry shortcake was a combination of marscapone, biscuit, and fresh strawberries. I look forward to visiting soon.

Brought friends who he never been, they loved it. The starters and apps were a hit and we shared everything. Buns, kale salad and strawberry shortcake are must haves. Braised short rib was decadent but a great portion as a meal. Staff was friendly and the view was unlike anything in the valley.

Excellent food preparation & presentation. Lovely atmosphere with spectacular views. Both times we visited, service was beyond horrendous. Plates were never cleared, drinks never came. A shame since the food is so good.

Not enough staff, so service was horrible. Restaurant was fairly full, but not crowded. We didn’t get water for a half an hour nor our drinks for another hour. Our server was not trained at all…

This hidden gem is worth the drive up to the Red Sky Golf Club. The view is spectacular! The food is divine and beautifully presented. The waitstaff are all personable as if we were in their home dining. Andrew was our waiter and was very helpful with lots of personality.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Alex Dando was a phenomenal host and Chef Slagle's food was outstanding!

This place has an amazing view but needs a new chef. No one at our table had anything that they considered wonderful. The wine list was robust but some of the wines were probably not properly stored. For appetizers, the crabcake and tuna we’re both good. Of the entrees we tried: Seabass, salmon the best was a steak. Would not recommend either the Seabass or salmon.

What an absolutely wonderful restaurant. We frequent most all the restaurants up in the Vail Valley and wanted to try something new. Food was amazing. Everything made fresh. Service was top notch from start to finish. My new favorite restaurant.
