Located on the lagoon’s edge, Siete brings together the best of Quintana Roo’s local, fresh ingredients to create a menu that marries an array of flavors, colors and history into a myriad of dishes crafted with intention.
Our kitchen is authentic and rustic while refined, with techniques that highlight the power of plant-based cooking and honor the environment around us. Centered around our belief that food is medicine, our seasonal ingredients are hand-selected at local farms by our chefs, who work closely with farmers to tap into local knowledge and choose produce based on their health and wellness benefits. Our menu also features carefully-selected animal products from the region, such as Yucatecan pork and freshly caught seafood, which are prepared by honoring local recipes and techniques.

Excelente servicio, me gustó que no aceptan niños, fui a cenar, el lugar en general tiene poca luz lo que hace que puedas ver el cielo lleno de estrellas en el recorrido al restaurante. La comida muy buena.

Lovely Xmas meal in a stunning location. You arrive at reception and get taken to the restaurant by a buggie which makes you feel like you’re in Jurassic Park. There was gentle live music. And the fish dishes are delicious. Thank you!

Very wonderful experience, Carlos, who was our waiter, had an amazing attention with us, the food espectacular, many of the food I order I left it to the personal so I can dine whatever they thought was worth it, the local long beans where absolutely phenomenal. The desserts tho, the cake was a little bit frozen so we couldn’t enjoy it that much, and the Pana Cotta had and espectacular flavor but it was kind of warm so I couldn’t I enjoy it that much. I recommend plenty this restaurant, place and experience, totally coming back to taste new experiences and enjoy this marvelous place. Big shout out to the Piña Colada, that shredded toast well seasoned coconut makes it all in that drink. Habitas has the concept right, that’s what bacalar should be routing for.

La comida es excelente mi favorito fue Yucatán Pork, la atención muy buena, el chef Roberto nos ayudó platicándonos los platillos y Carlos que nos atendió fue muy amable, lo recomiendo mucho.

The food and the staff were excellent, only i think they can improve in the beverages, especially in the mixology, no one told us with what gin was made of, or the brand of the raicilla, and it didn't taste like has alcohol in it, also the flavor or the chai latte was like milk, no species.

We had such a nice dinner at Habitas. From the drink by the water at our arrival to the dinner in the garden, everything was perfect. Habitas is simply stunning. The chef came to see us himself from the kitchen and made us feel very welcomed. The staff is well trained and the whole team took great care of us. The food was phenomenal. The one downside would have been to have better wine recommendations as they have a whole list but we did not see it and ordered the bottle of wine (same bottle as by the glass) thinking it was the only choice. Highly recommend if around Bacalar as this is, in my opinion, by far the best restaurant in the area.
