We made a reservation for 6:00 on Thursday 10-29-26. We called and left 2 message to confirm, plus we emailed them. The message was clear to leave a message and they would reply. No reply. We arrive and they are CLOSED.

Great fun and great food. The loud music from the club next door was a distraction and made it difficult to hear the movie.

It was our first time to Side Street Dive and we are HUGE Rocky Horror Fans so having this epic Rocky Horror evening was soooo fun! The service was great, the performers were engaging and on point with their show and attention to detail! We had a FABULOUS time and will absolutely come back for another experience. My ONLY downside was the drink selection that was included should have included fun Rocky Horror themed drinks not just well mixed drinks, beer and seltzers. Thanks for the amazing evening at Side Street Dive! 💋

I've been there twice now. Once for the Broadway Brunch and yesterday for the Frozen show. The Broadway Brunch was fun and my friends and I really enjoyed our time there. The Frozen show was way over priced. Why they charged $20 per head for pretty much the same thing as the brunch, was really absurd. Then some of the food is ridiculously priced for the quality. Frozen french toast sticks, frozen tater tots, just a lot of poor quality food that is not priced accordingly. Fun place, but I think people will get tired of the quality. I

I attended the Rocky Horror experience. It was a lot of fun. I think due to this particular event the lights were very low, making it hard to see my food, but not a big deal. The performers were great. However, I do question the casting of Rocky. Rocky is supposed to be a sexy, muscular character. Let’s just say that this Rocky was far from that. My biggest complaint is prior to the event I had some questions. I called twice, leaving messages, and no one ever responded. I also sent a message through the website, and no one ever responded. You never get a live person when you call. They specifically said “if you have questions leave a message and someone will get back to you SHORTLY.” My first call was four days before. The second was the day before or the day of. The website message was two or three days before. I don’t know what they consider shortly, but it doesn’t mean never! I think that is totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and just plain rude. I will return to the venue for a regular dinner.

I have never been to the starlight diner in the city and the fact that this is so close to me was great. The pricing is so reasonable $40 for two people for a show is actually a good deal. Unlike Disney’s character meals, the food is actually pretty good. And I can’t say anything bad about the singers because they were all really good. The kids were all gathering around the characters in awe. It was such a site to see. Overall, me and my husband walked out of here feeling that we got such a great experience. We did frozen and it’s one of my favorite movies and everything was just on point. They definitely have a good thing going, and I don’t expect them to be closing anytime soon. I definitely didn’t want to gate keep this.

Cute concept but service was non-existent. Drinks came out 20 min between each other (all ordered at same time) and wrong drinks. Took over 1 hour for food and then an extra 25 min for chicken fingers (kids meal at kid event). Had to stand outside in the cold for over 20 min just to get in.

We specifically came for the Frozen Experience. Overall, it was a nicely put together performance by the staff. Due to the space needed, it felt a little tight on top of other tables, and it was freezing in the restaurant. I’m not sure if it is always that cold since this was our first time, but we had to keep coats on the children and adults to stay somewhat comfortable. The food was good and the drinks matched the theme and were good as well. With a little heat, it would’ve been a more pleasant experience!
