Excellent food served from a great choice menu. Service was exceptional. Always a friendly greeting and professional service throughout. Food served hot. Regular checks to see if we required anything else. Top restaurant.

We have been going there many years, but this particular evening it just didn't make it to their usual standards. Long delays (until the boss stepped in). Lukewarm food for me, similar for partner but meal was of poor standard too. Guest food was very good
Shalims Balti HouseRisposta inviata il giorno 14 ottobre 2026
Hi John, Thank you for your feedback and, more importantly, for dining with us over so many years. I'm genuinely sorry that your recent visit fell short of the standards you've come to expect from Shalims. Long delays and food arriving lukewarm are certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. I always encourage guests to raise any concerns during their visit so we have the opportunity to put things right. I'm sorry we weren't able to resolve everything to your satisfaction on this occasion. We really value your continued support and hope you'll give us the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the food and service you know us for. Kind regards, Shalim
