   Nonostante la prenotazione abbiamo atteso il tavolo oltre 30 minuti e ci è stato offerto un apertivo nell'attesa solo dopo mia "provocazione" e lamentela. Per un ristorante dopo paghi 26 euro un piatto di pasta e dove lo chef fa il giro tra i tavoli accompagnato è inaccettabile.

   Fabulous location and delicious food. However a DJ was playing so loud it was difficult to hear each other talk. The music was a mixture of pop and rap with offensive lyrics. We complained to a staff member who seemed to agree The whole thing was totally inappropriate as there young children there.

    A wonderful start to our Italy vacation! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, able to answer all questions easily as we don't speak the the Italian language. Food was delicious, served in a timely manner but still plenty of time to savor the experience. Would love to come again when the weather is warm enough to sit outside, although the indoor area was just charming as well!

    Amazing meal in a stunning location with beautiful views over the lagoon. Quite noisy dance music in the background but it didn’t bother us. The free shuttle boat pick up stop in St Marks was tricky to find but we rang the hotel who gave us directions. Would recommend

    The Ferry over from St Marks was such a huge help in our amazing dining experience. We arrived and had drinks on such comfortable couches with pillows. Then our dinner table was in the corner for such a romantic sunrise experience. The chef made a special appetizer that was asked for another. We share the pasta that was out of this world delicious. The wait staff was so kind and we loved our waiter Andre so much. Molto grazie for making this one of the best experiences of our 17 day trip.

    This rooftop restaurant is simply breathtaking. Sitting watching the sunset here it’s an unrivalled view. The restaurant has many dining options, food was delicious and the service was very professional and friendly. We will most certainly be back.

    Fabulous dinner during a beautiful sunset. Catching the hotel’s shuttle from San Marcos was a great way to start. The rooftop was a spectacular and beautiful. And the selection of Spritz offered is terrific. The service was damn near perfect in every way and the food was incredible. We had the Risotto special followed by the Chicken and Seabass. All were delicious. I would go back in a heartbeat.

    Celebrating our marriage with 2 of our best friends that were in Venice for the night. Read reviews and noticed the trend of “small plates” so we ordered kind of tapas style. 4 different apps, 2 different first course, and no main course. We did get 4 desserts and 2 bottles of champagne. The crab dish was not quite what we were expecting, but the risotto was so good that it balanced it out!

    The food was good but the booking system is a shambles. the hotel has now an online booking system (open Table) but the person in charge of the daily bookings on the restaurant floor has a paper system. never shall the two systems meet! so when i booked in to the hotel i organised for reception to confirm my reservation. a booking for 9pm. we arrived no table available, an experience shared by other people who had booked. what is clear is that if there are reservations the tables are not set aside. instead the restaurant allows guests to arrive and use available tables regardless. the result is chaos and has got worse over the last few years. after blowing a fuse i finally saw a table and sat at it. it was now 9.50. A typical example of Hoteliers trying to be restauranteurs.

    We dined here 3 nights during our 5 night stay. We enjoyed our food best when we kept it simple... My favorite was the spaghetti with green salad and glass of red wine. Other dishes we not worth the additional cost.
