Il Rooster cafè ha un menu che cambia da mattina a sera;pensato per soddisfare tutti i clienti anche con piatti vegetariani e soluzioni gluten free, partendo dalla colazione/brunch composta da piatti Internazionali accompagnati da un’ ampia scelta di smoothies e centrifughe di frutta e verdura fresca.
Mentre la sera il Rooster cambia veste con un menu tutto italiano che offre pietanze genuine tipiche della tradizione regionale,fatte di ingredienti freschi selezionati con cura. piatti di terra fanno da protagonista,dall’ immancabile bistecca alla fiorentina a primi toscani di pasta fresca fatta in casa che ben si coniugano con vini locali DOC e DOCG tra cui chianti classico ,brunello, bolgheri e i supertuscan.

    After visiting the "top rated" restaurant on Tripadvisor and having a miserable experience, we made reservations at the Rooster and were so happy we did! From the ambiance to the wait staff to the delicious food, this was an amazing experience. The homemade pasta was delicious, the appetizers and desserts were all incredible. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. My only regret is that we left the next day so we could not eat there again!

    I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a time we had here. The staff was both friendly and accommodating and the food was fantastic. Try the tortollini with buratta and truffles. It was the best tasting pasta I have ever eaten. Veal osso bucco was amazing as well. If you are trying to find a place to go tonight pick 🐓!

    Excellent restaurant. The food was great. We had the ossobusco and the beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce. They were excellent. The limoncello we had after dinner was some of the best I have ever had. The one negative is they brought all the food at the same time (cheese plate, primi to split, and both second courses). Maybe we needed to specify that we wanted them to come as separate courses. But definitely someplace that I would highly recommend.

    Excellent service , good wine list, most of the food was great! Their “cheese table” was particularly incredible. I did not love their risotto, but I am exigent on it. Still, highly recomendable

    Fabulous bartender makes drinks into a production that is as entertaining to watch as they are to consume. Steaks and sauces great also enjoyed sweet potato fries We went back the next night just for after dinner cocktails

    Food and ambiance was great but server did not seem very happy to be there. I think she was the bartender and didn’t not want to be the server. Unfortunately all servers came in at a later shift. Other then that food was great. We stopped by mistake at their other location which only serves brunch and they were very kind and attentive even though it was time to close and they were willing to serve us anyway. They kindly re-directed us to our reserved location.

    They treated our Peanut Allergy so well. They made sure we could have certain cheeses and made sure the past we had would be but free and free from peanut oil.

    Special restaurant indeed! Had a great time celebrating a special birthday with family at this wonderful restaurant. Server (both table and bar) were excellent and the food delicious for all five of us. Highly recommend!

    The service was incredibly slow despite being one of only 4-5 customers in the entire restaurant. We sat at our table for 10 minutes waiting for the check (I know because of the giant wall clock hanging in front of our table) after the dishes were bussed away. The food was good, but also took a very long time to come out. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE- they were incredibly kind when I ordered a dish I could not eat and replaced it right away without an extra charge! Bravo!

    Great food and excellent service. Our server Daniel was very professional and attentive. We were planning on just drinks (their Pinot Nero was good!) but we ended up staying for dinner. My glazed pork belly was amazing! We’ll definitely go back again the next time we’re in Florence!
