   They service was very slow last night. We waited a long time to get our drinks and then. We waited a very long time to get our main course. We even asked the waiter to check on our food. He said the kitchen had so large tables they were taking care of. We were looking at the large table outside our window and that table was seated after we had already placed our orders. They got their food before we did that's way we asked to check on our order. Either you need more servers and kitchen help or don't taken so many reservations.

   The food was good but nothing particularly outstanding. We were celebrating a birthday and our server surprised the birthday person with a nice piece of cake. Beautiful setting!

   Would definitely recommend this restaurant. If we make it back again, we would book the dining room instead of outdoor and save outside for our after dinner drink.

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday. The cooler weather kept us inside the dining area. It’s pretty noisy but it was crowded. Darcy took excellent care of us. She is very good at her job. She even brought a little dessert over at the end with a candle on it! We love having breakfast at Rita’s.

    Love this location! The views are amazing! The food is good! We only ever do happy hour and are very pleased! Would highly recommend this as a wonderful experience! No better place to enjoy the view! The grounds are lovely! The staff amazing! Highly recommend!

    We may have dined there on an off night. It took 40 minutes for us to get chips and salsa and in that 40 minutes our server did not acknowledge us once. When would server finally but the salsa in front of us he said that the chips would be right out. We then had to hunt down chips after waiting for another period of time. Tables around us who ordered after us were receiving their entrees while we were waiting for a simple basket of chips. We work at a luxury resort property and would have expected better service from this property. I understand and frankly give more leeway than the typical person when it comes to food service but this was just a total miss.

    Had an event where we were expecting 16 people for a birthday party. Was hoping to work with the staff to accommodate the best possible structure for our group. I felt like they were inflexible in considering customer service solutions to make the event better than it was. In the end the event was fine, liked our server and food was good albeit extremely pricey. Would have hoped for a little more out of the box thinking and commitment to customer service rather than standard answers where they seemed put out by any other ideas.

    Met our friends at Rita’s for our 10;45 reservation for 5 , and when we got there to check in, they told us some of our party was there. They have our table to another party by accident, so we had to sit towards the back more. The table was wabbling and we didn’t know if it was going to stay on its post so we told the server. We had to just be careful. All the table bases should be checked, fyi. Darcy was a very good server and took good care of us. Kudos on the avocado toast item, really tasty and presented nicely !

    Excellent pitcher of Ritas Margarita! Salsa app was great and we loved our entree too! Great service as well! A fun evening - would definitely come back to enjoy Ritas again!!

    Our Sunday brunch had mixed emotions. The food was delicious, great flavors, and very fresh. There were a few misses and incorrect information on their website. The price stated online was considerably less than what the price is when you arrive. That should be address immediately. Also, stating that a tip is automatically added should be mentioned. Lastly, when we arrived at the table it was was not clean and the floor underneath was very soiled. At this price, the overall cleanliness should be top notch. 3 stars this time.

    This was a fantastic champagne brunch. The food was fresh and really good The fresh crab claws were delicious. The roast beef was tender and juicy as was the filet mignon. The dessert selection was incredible. The service was outstanding. Our server Rita was extraordinary. She was efficient, professional and friendly. Great way to spend Sunday!

    Beautiful place to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Musician: singer/guitarist was absolutely fantastic (sang Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Kenny Loggins, Lizzio, Jason Mraz, originals, requests). Food: Truffle Quesadilla and Burrito Bowl were really good, drinks surprisingly expensive. But the atmosphere was wonderful, especially when the patio heater was working. Will totally go back to try new food choices and hear the music again. Is there a web site showing who the featured music is for the night? I’ve already recommended this place to friends!

    Beautiful environment. We were very impressed with the cuisine and the service. The only issue we had was our table. It was not our choice. The hostess said she could not give us one of the other available empty tables. We gathered it was because a very large conference was in progress at the hotel. Yet those tables remained empty with more becoming available during lunch on Valentines Day. Her manner was brusque when seating us as if we were lucky to have a table though we had a reservation. Still we will return.

    We absolutely love eating at Rita's for Sunday brunch! Today was no exception. Susan our server was on top of everything, she is a real gem. We have been coming here for the last 14 years on and off, with guests, and it never disappoints. Our only comment is that the eggs Benedict used to be served with more veggies and a fruit cup, miss that touch. Love the flowers, around the patio, and the view, WOW. A great place to enjoy the Phoenix sunshine on a Sunday morning.

    Rita's decor is lovely and the view is beautiful The menu is nice. We had the guac and chips. The chips were warm which is always nice and the presentation of the dipping sauces was good. The chicken enchilada was great.

    Food at Rita’s is good. I love the shrimp enchilada lunch. Sunday brunch is unbelievable but expensive. Ambiance is unbeatable with live music most of the time.
