Reuring is a modern European restaurant is De Pijp. It has a relaxed environment with indoor and outdoor dining available. Inside, guests will be comfortable in the classic dining room area with simple décor and an easy-going atmosphere. Guests eating outside can watch with fascination as people come and go on the fascinating streets around Reuring. Cuisine at this restaurant includes tastes from all over Europe. Each month, the head chefs craft a new menu and serve it in three to five courses upon your request. Allergies and dietary needs can be handled by Reuring on any courses if guests will let the staff know ahead of time. Wine pairings can be ordered along with each course to enhance the dining experience.

Our last night in Amsterdam was made extra special by our dinner at Reuring. We chose the 3-course Chef's Dinner and were very pleased with each course. The ceviche first course, the baked crispy chicken thigh with grilled cabbage, and the dessert featuring almond milk ice cream, lemon sorbet, fresh peaches and white currants were all superb. Nothing pretentious at all about this restaurant, but the food is first-class. Highly recommend. We will be back when next in Amsterdam.

I typically do not write reviews, but this restaurant was special. The entire experience was memorable - the staff, the food, the wine, and the charming setting. I was looking for a restaurant within walking distance of our hotel. We were so lucky to find Reuring. After reading other reviews I notified the restaurant in advance of food allergies. Upon arriving, they immediately acknowledged the food allergies and described the plan for the evening to accommodate those allergies. We opted for four courses with wine pairings. I highly recommend opting for the restaurant's selection of wine for each course. The staff took great care in walking through each course and the selected wine. We were lucky to have good weather and sat outside; the neighborhood was charming. Each course was beautifully presented and delightful. This is a place to spend a few hours and really enjoy each dish, the wine, and your surroundings. Thank you, Reuring, for the wonderful evening. I hope we have the opportunity to return to Amsterdam again. You will be on the top of our list to re-visit.
