   I was so disappointed in Puckett's Cullman. The atmosphere was not like the other Puckett's I had visited. The floors were extremely dirty and dirty tables were all around us. They never cleaned a table until they had to due to people waiting. They just let them sit dirty. We made a reservation, but it was not honored in a timely manner. We waited about 20 minutes while they seated others who did not have a reservation. When I said something to the hostess, she said oh I forgot! The food was slow in coming but was good. The overall atmosphere was not pleasant! I felt like I was visiting a restaurant going out of business instead of one that was newly opened. This Puckett's has a long way to go to keep the great experience the other Puckett's offer.

   Food was lacking seasoning area and the food was not hot when delivered to our table even though we were one of three tables in the restaurant.

   Restroom was filthy. Service was terrible. Asked 4-5 times for tea refills, a missing salad, corn cakes which come with the meal and finally just gave up on them. Food certainly did not match price. The whole staff needs training for sure. It was a birthday celebration. No recognition of day or complimentary dessert. We were very dissappointed. We definitely should have celebrated elsewhere. Most likely will never go back. It was that bad!

   I hear Puckett's in Cullman had a rough beginning but after three good visits, we are choosing to give them a little more time to work out the kinks. We have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and met friends for the dinner visit. It is a fun place to dine; the decor is fun and comfortable. Most of our meals have been excellent. The catfish was outstanding along with the smoked beans and potato salad. My husband had a very tender Chicken Fried Chicken. My Baby Back Ribs were a little dry on the end but the insides were tender and juicy. Two dishes were a little heavy on salt. (gravy one time, grits the next) Kudos to the waitresses that served us! Even though understaffed, we did not feel underserved. We made reservations for this last visit and got past the long line and to our table immediately! We look forward to trying other dishes and enjoying some of the bands that play on the weekends.

   Our first time to eat at Puckett's. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich and fries are really good! Fast friendly service.

   Food was good - a little lukewarm. Keeping the food on the slippery tables is a challenge ! The server was great but the food took a long time to come out and some of it was cold. Like everywhere- they probably need more servers and cooks

   The waitress never came by to refill drinks or see if we needed anything. I had to wave her down or call out to her twice as she walked right by our table and no response so I had to get louder the 3rd time. When I said we needed boxes it was obvious my friend and I both had a lot of food left over and she returns with one box. Seriously?

   It was a fun atmosphere and the food was good. I did not get to hear anyone perform so I am sure would have been a different environment. I got shrimp and grits… mostly grits but tasted great. Staff was really friendly!

    I was excited, had heard a lot about it. I ordered the fried chicken, it was awesome. The sides were small, I had green beans (good), mashed potatoes, were cold, they brought another it was fair. The pancake bread was spicy and thin. Mimosas were expensive, as well as food.

    We had a great dinner at Puckett’s in Cullman! The food was delicious… definitely try the fried pimiento cheese appetizer and the shrimp and grits! So good!!

    Puckett's was a very pleasant experience for our family. The food was excellent with a new variation on known recipes, and was very tasty. The wait staff was very pleasant and helpful in acquiring a table for seven. Nothing was trouble but was very well presented to have the best dining experience.

    This is a new location that was made famous in Leipers Fork and Franklin TN. The original several years ago was great but this copy is not yet up to par with the original for Dinner. Breakfast might be better and will try that another time

    My husband’s fried catfish was completely raw inside and my skillet Mac & cheese tasted like it had turned a little. While we weren’t pleased with the food and this was our first experience at Pucketts, the manager was more than apologetic and accommodating. He comped our entire order and even offered a $50 gift card to try them again. We understand they’re still a new restaurant and the staff may still be training. We’ll give them a second chance with the complimentary gift card since the customer service was great.

    Got Whiskey Chicken. Portion was small and chicken was tough with gristle. They brought me smoked chicken instead, which was good. Got a side salad that was over $10, good but not worth $10. Got a dessert that was over $10, chocolate cobbler that was very doughy, very little chocolate. Lunch bill was $53.76 with 20% tip. Not nearly worth the money. Friend with me paid approximately the same amount for the same salad and entree but a different dessert and she had a similar experience with her meal.

    Good food, sides tasted like frozen food but the entrees were good. Service was okay, waitress was nice but I could tell they lacked staff. Over 4 out of 5 experience

    My appetizer and food were delectable. I ordered the fried green beans as an appetizer. The beans were lightly breaded and fried just right. I chose smoked meatloaf with smashed sweet potatoes and collards as my main meal. The meatloaf was amazing. I only like my recipe for meatloaf, but the smoked meatloaf was so good I want to make some for Thanksgiving. Also, the waitstaff was very attentive and took care of everyone at our table. The only thing that might slide the rating down a bit was the time it took for the food to arrive, but it is the first week so all was great. We will be back!

    Expected more for the high prices and the portions are small,and if you use open table to reserve it doesnt show on their end so you end up waiting even though you made reservations

    I’ve been to Puckett’s in both Nashville/Franklin several times so I knew to make a reservation for the new Cullman location. Being that it was opening weekend, I expected long waits amidst hectic chaos, but I was wrong. We did wait roughly an hour for our food, but it was delicious and the usual large portions. Our server checked on us regularly and was great. The only thing that we didn’t care for was the band they brought in from Nashville. It wasn’t the music so much, but their poor comedic attempts to poke fun at certain ethnic or gender groups. I’m not easily offended but if they were trying to appeal to certain demographic…so be it. I came to enjoy dinner with my husband, if I wanted a comedy show we would’ve gone elsewhere. I’ve always loved Puckett’s, except this time. We’ll return, but we’ll check to see what bands are playing first.

    Food and service was excellent. Pricing is high but well worth it when you consider the entertainment factor. Problem on this night was the entertainment was absolutely horrible. Made the meal totally miserable, torture. Don’t bring that type of entertainment or you will lose the crowd as you did last night.
