   As a strong fan of the movie « Le Grand Bleu » we originally came in San Domenico to discover this mythic place. We thus booked a table at Principe Cerami to stay a bit more time there, it was just the perfect idea. Incredible restaurant ideally situated with an incredible view on the rest of the city. The service was just amazing with a team very professional and open to discuss with us to tell us the story of this wonderful hotel. The food was just delicious from the starter to the coffee. Thanks a lot, it definitely kept in mind

   Phenomenal service and ambiance. We went for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful experience. Highly recommend if you're in Taormina and in search of fine dining!

   The hype is real. Utterly fabulous dinner last night. Every dish from the tasting menu was divine - flavors and presentation. And the setting and service are beyond 5 star.

   It should have been amazing. I had been wanting to go for a long time. Unfortunately there were 2 very noisy small children allowed to run around in the restaurant and play with the chairs. It completely ruined what should have been a good evening sadly. The staff were kind but they should not allow small children here. It was a disaster at a cost of nearly 450€ with tips. Such a huge shame.

We totally understand your complain, unfortunately being a Restaurant inside a Resort we do accept children in our fine dining Restaurant as well.  We understood that you were moved to a table away from the noise, however it was not enough to let you have the memorable experience you were (rightfully) expecting and our goal to offer.     Great experience. However We had the vegetarian menu and the vegetable plate (roots) was very average compared to te rest of the meal. Maybe transforming the menu to a 2 course pasta menu would make more sense.

    Absolutely fantastic dinner experience. The setting on the terrace, with views of the bay and the Etna volcano are incredible. Food was spectacular and the service was even better. My wife and I were traveling with our 2 yr old son, who came to dinner with us and the chef and server went out of their way to make him feel special. I was not sure if the restaurant was going to be suitable for such a small child, but they made sure to make him feel welcome and he actually had a great dinner too. The "Mount Etna" Spaghettoni and the Pomodoro and Sesame Sea Bass were absolutely delicious. The complementary amuse-bouche bites were so creative and delicious too. Although the restaurant is somewhat pricey, it is totally worth it. If I have the chance to visit Taormina again, I would definitely try to go back to Principe Cerami

    Fantastic ambiance and views sitting at the cliff front and facing Mount Etna. Food was of high quality too (show casing some great local food) and chef served up some numerous complementary additions. Great experience overall.
