Absolutely awful!!! Simple as that!! Restaurant was far too busy which put huge stress on both the waiting staff and kitchen that they couldn’t cope with!!!! Some food was good but the Wagyu Lasagne was terrible, the pizza we ordered was not what we ordered and the other mains were simply OK. Quality is nowhere near the price point.

We celebrated my birthday at Piccolino Virginia Water and had such an amazing experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish, the food was absolutely delicious, and the personnel were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They really made us feel special and went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and exceptional hospitality!

The Sunday lunch at Piccolino was lovely, with a good choice of well prepared meats and vegetables. The portion sizes across our group were variable and all agreed that a little more veg would have been good, but everything was cooked beautifully. Service ticked the boxes, if not overly friendly. Certainly worth a visit.
