   The food was decent but nothing to return for. I had the Farro dish with chicken. I found the chicken a bit over-grilled and dry. I felt it needed a sweet component like raisins or cranberries. My husband liked his short rib cottage pie. One friend did the Dine Out Boston menu. The appetizer and dessert were the best bites of the night. Another friend got the half chicken dinner and said the mashed potatoes were cold and chicken dry. Our waitress disappeared after the food came out and we were all parched and in need of water. It was busy, I suppose she got tied up. So, dinner was fine for the most part but not great.

   We sat in the Parlor, which is MUCH quieter than the area surrounding the bar. Food was great, service was excellent...this will be our go-to place whenever we're in Cambridge for an event!

   We were very comfortable. It was St Patrick's day and the bar area was full of energy. In our comfortable low table and seats in the area beyond the bar from the door, the sound level was fine. Service was good and orders came quickly. We enjoyed our time there.

   Food was good value but a little too salty. Pub apples a 3% kitchen fee. This is the very type of junk fee that congress is trying to curtail. They should rather pay their staff better or increase menu prices.

   Two of us went to Grafton St. after an event at Sanders Theater. We miss the old Grafton St. that was located at Bow/Mass Ave. This clearly is a college pub and we missed the old menu. We ordered small plates and they were good, but a bit skimpy. Our main complaint is the noise. We breathed a sigh of relief when the music stopped. The music is too loud, so voices have to be raised. Not a good place for a quiet meal with conversation. Perhaps it's better at the normal dinner hour of 6-7. We had a reservation for 8:45 and clearly, this is a "young person's pub. It's too bad, because they have wonderful oysters!

   It was delicious- only thing that made me laugh is asking for orange in my drink and being told they didn’t have it when there was oranges in front of me. Don’t care- food was good and service was good.

    Went on a Sunday around 6, and snagged a seat at the bar. The bartenders were super busy with serving the whole place so service was just ok. Food was great but portions weee small. Very loud but fun.

    Loved everything about this place - the parlor, fireplace, service, food, and drinks. A nice, hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Harvard. Highly recommend!

    Great location especially with the free parking with dinner and all day Sunday. Great drinks and sharables. Curry Coconut Shrimp was our favorite of the 4 we tried.

    We had spent a lot of Sundays at the last location so curious about this new change. Ambiance was ok, same as service. We were disappointed to not have a lunch menu in a Saturday afternoon, as they were only serving brunch. Under seasoned and bland would be the description of the overall experience. Blah

    Second date. I like the new space better than the old one. We enjoyed our meals and the waitstaff gave us space while still meeting our needs. Looking forward to going back.

    I took a group of friends here for NYE. To start, this place is so cute and looks like a movie set of a pub. A perfect place to meet up with friends and grab some grub. We got a few beers but to me all beer is basically the same, so it was good beer. We had wings for an appetizer that came with a delicious dry rub. For dinner, I got the Cottage Pie which was to die for. The staff was pretty attentive and provides us with excellent service. I will be return here in the future to try some of the other items on the menu. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice night out in a Boston pub setting

    The Grafton Street Pub and Grill is a lovely place to eat. They were flexible in my order of mussels by eliminating the meat. However, they really lacked some vegan options like a veggie burger or pasta for my husband, who ended up ordering the cheese board which could have had more cheeses on it. The service was outstanding. Ethan our waiter was very attentive. So we would only recommend it to our non-vegetarian friends but not to all our friends.

    My only disappointment was on yelp it said there were vegan and vegetarian options. There was only a salad. They did make a dish for me that turned out excellent but I chose the restaurant based on the yelp information.

    The lobster sauce on the gnocchi was amazing! Was an eclectic meal as we had a number of small plates instead of mains, but surprisingly good! Would have appreciated less "mood lighting" as they turned the lights down when we arrived. Would go back for sure.

    Joe was a great waiter, prompt, professional and appropriately friendly. The food was great especially the squash soup with pomegranate. Delicious! Great ambience both at the bar and the table. The music could have been turned down a bit. A great evening and the restaurant is conveniently located.

    Was there for lunch on Sunday. This means that the "brunch" menu applied (which I did not anticipate), and that did not look very inspiring. Having been to Grafton before, I was not worried, as I recalled lots of good stuff on the dinner menu. In other restaurants recently, during "brunch" I could order from the dinner menu, but the waiter said I needed to go from the brunch menu. I think I would still recommend this place for dinner but not if you plan to come for a weekend lunch.

    Grafton Street Pub used to be a true gastro-pub: a place you could get standard fare with a flair, and some new idea dishes as well. Not any more. It has been several years since last we went to Grafton, and they have moved to a different location off Harvard Square. Downstairs, no longer at street level, and the ambience distinctly lacking from former location. It was a Sunday night, seemed most the wait staff new and inexperienced. They tried, but... The food did not measure up in any way to past experience. The $16 cheeseburger was meager, the crab fritters all bread stuff, the chicken sandwich was uninspired, the spinach dip served with overdone bread crisps. The servers tried, but had to be reminded to clear the table before putting down new dishes. It was unfortunately a downer. I suppose if you are going for drinks and appetizers at the bar, it would be alright, but no longer on our list.

    The weather cooperated and we were able to sit outside under a heater to eat with our friends to celebrate their becoming grandparents. Our servers were personable and fun. We each got 2 starters and it was plenty for us old folks. Everyone loved the coconut shrimp - the sauce was superb. My steamed mussels were tasty. Two people had the calamari and loved it. A very nice evening!

    Loved the old Grafton Street, but really adore the new Grafton Street! The new location and ambience is fantastic for a date night! The food exceeded our expectations as well! So happy that Grafton is back in the neighborhood serving up stellar cocktails and comfort food (with a little twist)...

    Good time with really good food. Wish there were more gluten-free options. Wait staff should be encouraged to write down orders at table rather than trying to memorize.
