Wonderful the chicken Gouda in house made sausage was literally best thing on menu so delicious the staff was so nice anything you asked for was brought immediately I would definitely recommend

Very disappointed. I’d say 75% of the meats at lunch were good. We never received our hot side dishes until we were literally finished eating. I had to ask for the plantains. When he did bring them I’d not describe them as hot. Warm at best. I’m happy we didn’t pay full price. But we wasted our vouchers on the meal. We had two birthdays that we were celebrating and despite being asked and responded … not a word or acknowledgment At all. And there was no way I’d bring it up and wait even longer. The hostess was friendly. The gauchos were all very helpful and friendly. Our server seemed to be overwhelmed with tables. Probably short staffed but a smile would have gone a very long way.

The hostesses at the entrance were terrible. There were two young ladies covering the door and upon my arrival (4 minutes early), they literally directed my husband and I to step out into the mall and wait. When we came back inside (4 minutes later), they then wanted to sit us “outside” the restaurant - in the “mall” section of the restaurant. The striking concern I had was that NO ONE else was seated out there and the host was insistent that we sit there. I refused and asked to speak with the manager. Before that could event occur, she changed our seat and placed us “in” the restaurant. Needless to say, I was quite upset since that’s where we should have been - since the place was 85% EMPTY. I was there on 10/22…I hope the venue trains its staff to be more customer-friendly. I was very disappointed.

We ordered the tier 3 and an hour into our dining. We realize that the server had placed tier 2 on our table so we were not getting tier 3 food and then she hurried up and cashed us out because we there for the lunch and it was already dinner time and she went ahead and gave herself an 18% tip and we were charged for tier 3 the circle also forgot our alcoholic beverages that we had ordered so after 10 minutes of being there, we finally got our drinks

Jose R was a cheerful and friendly server. We redeemed the market station Groupon and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ll admit Fogo de Chao offers much more variety at their salad bar but the rice and black beans was tasty.

Great service! Our waiter Malik was awesome! Food was fulfilling and excellent! Would recommend and definitely would go again!

Used the Groupon deal and I had a great experience. The staff members were professional and the food was delicious. The waiters were constantly bringing out the different types of meat to our table.

Showed up at the restaurant for our reservation and were seated promptly. Upon being seated, there was a fairly large group in the main dining area that were rather loud. Then a microphone came out and a whole bunch of cheering and clapping and hollering was going on while everyone else is trying to eat. This carried on for at least 30 minutes There was a private room right behind where we were eating that they could’ve seated this group in however they did not. When the servers came with the meats we could not even hear what they were saying. We mentioned this to the waitress afterwards and she said this happens every Sunday night. I cannot stress this enough….Do not go on Sunday nights if you like your hearing. The salad bar was rather disappointing, the soup station was closed, the meats were not bad, but certainly nothing to write home about. Our main waitress was amazing and apologized for the extremely loud environment. Not sure we will be going back.
