   The reservation was a joke!! They had us on the 3rd floor (dead spot!). It was very downer... "walk away" if they suggest your table is on the 3rd floor. Btw, it was Saturday night (should have been a busy night).. but was not on their 3rd floor. 1st and 2nd floor was AWESOME! Our celebration was fun but felt we were given the wrong table. Btw, there were other nice spots in their restaurant which was open.

   Food was just ok. The chips were awesome. Drinks were also excellent but the food was meh. Birria tacos were very loose and not friend enough. Ordered extra food and it took so long (was just corn) that we finished everything else and told them not to bother. Just ok. Probably wouldn’t go back

   Food was good, but service varied between inattentive and rushed. No offers of dessert, coffee or additional drinks before bill suddenly arrived. Could be a great place to meet up for shared plates & drinks with friends, but staff needs to be re-trained to improve service.

   Brunch menu was smaller than expected. Looks like menu on opentable was outdated. Food was ok. I got the juevos rancheros. Ordered the eggs over medium, but it was well done.

   Have had the joy of eating at Mex Taqueria twice now. Simply the freshest tasting food and drinks that I've enjoyed at a Mexican cuisine restaurant. Highly recommend that you try this place. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

   Went here for Valentine’s Day- food was great- especially the queso with chorizo! We sat at the bar, had great service. Never rushed. Would absolutely go back

    Love, love, love this place. We went for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. Staff was terrific and the place is so inviting Will definitely return for more fun times.

    The food really had no flavor, it was really disappointing. The hibiscus margarita was amazing, 10/10 would recommend. But everything else was subpar. We got the queso dip and plantains: the dip was less liquid and more cheese. It wasn’t horrible but I’ve had better. The plantains were pretty greasy and had this cheese thing on top which was a bit odd for my but my friend liked it. We split birria tacos, the shrimp tacos and the veggie tacos. The birria tacos were the most disappointing, the dipping sauce was much thicker than I was expecting and the meat didn’t have flavor. My friend didn’t even finish hers and we left one on the plate because it wasn’t worth eating. The veggie one was okay, not amazing and more veggie than we were expecting. The shrimp one was the best of the three but still wasn’t great. I’d like to think it was the tacos we chose but my friend didn’t think so. We also got tres leches for dessert but even then it wasn’t the best. It feels like this restaurant has potential, but when I left although my stomach was full I was unsatisfied.

    First time here for both my friend and I. Food and drinks were great and we enjoyed the music & atmosphere. Our waitress was also very nice, thank you so much! Thank you, we will definitely be back:)

    Did not like the food being served on a tray with paper. Hard to cut into things without cutting into the paper. Food can use a bit more spice to qualify as Mexican cusisine.

    Our experience was good overall in terms of food drink and atmosphere. The only issue we had was that we felt rushed to eat and finish in order to clear our table for the next reservation. We wished to enjoy our time yet it felt like our server was pushing us to order all at once to pay for the time rather than us staying and enjoying ourselves. Attentive yes and able to provide us with great service yet we just felt rushed.

    The food was fantastic with a nice presentation. We really enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and it was great to see the manager Eric who stopped in say hello. What a great place ! Bobby Brown

    The food and drinks were amazing! The food came out very quickly before our drinks, so I'd recommend ordering drinks first and waiting on food so you can pace it out. The service was just meh. Our waiter was really awkward and would come at the worst times. We asked for something to put under the leg of our table because it was very rocky, but no one ever came to fix it which was frustrating.

    The food was not great. I ordered quasadeillas. I think the tortillas were fried. I didnt like it and it was un-necessarily heavy. The music was nice but too loud. There weren’t many people there so it didn’t have to be that loud.

    Beautiful restaurant, great staff. Limited options for those with shellfish allergies as all foods (including tortilla chips) are fried in the same oil. That was a little disappointing.

    Amazing food. Can't wait to go back! the only down side is the construction across the street during the day. I think until that is done I will only return at night or on a Sunday. Other than that the food was amazing and I am looking forward to trying brunch!
