Is there anything better than good food? According to Luis, there is not. That is why you will always find him in the dining room or on the terrace of our LUIS Eatery. Join us for a light snack or a proper meal – your wish is our command. Choosing is easy, as our menu boasts a small but select list of traditional South Tyrolean and Val Gardena dishes, while also including more modern, international options. Whatever your choice, it will be delicious – Luis’ word of honour. Of course, each meal is paired with a good glass of wine. Leave it to us, and we will recommend the right champagne and prosecco, refined wines, cocktails, and spirits all served with aplomb. It will be difficult to resist, especially when Luis is doing the rounds, infusing everyone with good cheer and proposing toasts to your health. Cheers!

    Molto Deludente. La location molto carina ma il menù inutilmente pretenzioso volto solo a stupire ma in sostanza piatti immangiabili (salmerino salatissimo) o assolutamente mediocri (rivioli di melanzana). Infine pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, e difficoltà ad accettare american express

    Ho mangiato qui con la mia ragazza. È stato un eccellente appuntamento romantico. Il servizio è impeccabile, il cibo eccellente e si sono adattati all’inglese immediatamente.

    Excellent service and one of the best risottos I’ve ever had! The server helped to pair the perfect wine with the dish. It was so good that we went back the next night to order the exact same thing. They had live music for the second dinner experience. Highly recommend!

    Nous y avons dîné 2 fois lors de notre séjour tellement nous avons apprécié. Service professionnel et attentionné. Plats beaux et délicieux, bons conseils sur le vin. Bravo !

    Excellent Restaurant with gourmet food. Great Service. They actually have 2 restaurants, Luis Eatery and a Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one cannot order from the steak menu when in the Eatery and vice versa. Makes it hard to decide which one to visit. Other than that, really great place. Will go again next year.

    Very good food a bit let down by poor service. Our waiter didn't know anything (and I mean absolutely nothing) about the wine and had to ask his colleague to talk to us instead. Service was generally a bit haphazard and some things just didn't happen at all as we timed out trying to get attention. Slightly small portions which could be offset by having more courses.

    Excellent choice for my wife’s birthday as we were visiting the Dolomites staying Corvara. The 30 minute drive was well worth the trip.

    The best food we've had on our trip so far. Fine dining at an outstanding price point. Beautiful dining room. Live music was fun and on point. Service was excellent. We were looking for a place like this our whole trip. After finishing the first night, we immediately booked dinner for the next evening.

    If you are driving there, you may want to ask the receptionist before going down there quite deep parking as it’s a pain to navigate. It was full when we came but only knew it once we reached the bottom of it. We had a reservation for 7:15, we were seated inside but the weather was amazing (august 14th) and they have table outside. We were not offered but if you can, I would recommend doing it to enjoy the great views the terrace has to offer. The inside is stylish and modern, chairs were comfortable. They have a good wine menu, unfortunately only by the bottle. I asked the waiter for a wine by the glass and he recommended a Pinot, blauburgunder laimburg 2017 that was excellent. They serve some bread, make sure to try the local one call “ I had the lamb tartare and my partner a lamb carpaccio. The carpaccio was better by far, a lot of complexity and flavors. My tartare was bland. Then we both ordered the tagliatelle chanterelle, it was just OK, not super tasty

    Wenn es mal vom Feinsten sein soll dann ... Hier stimmt so einiges! Angefangen beim freundlichen, nicht aufdringlichen aber stets aufmerksamen Service über das sehr angenehme Ambiente ( Hauptsaal) bis hin zur Küche. Daran war nun nichts aber auch nichts auszusetzen. Schreibe selten Empfehlungen - hier ist es mir ein Bedürfnis!
