   The ambiance is lovely here after they remodeled. The food used to be outstanding and now it’s subpar. So disappointing because I always loved coming here.

   Wonderful service and delectable breakfast/brunch treats. Chilaquiles were great as was fruit covered pancakes.

   For the most part food was delicious except all the eggs at the table came out wet and undercooked. The bacon has a Smokey flavor to it so would not recommend to those who do t like Smokey flavored meats. Their biscuits and gravy delicious! The waitress seemed annoyed to be working and definitely gave off those vibes the entire meal. I never got my water refilled, so that was annoying. She hardly checked in. A side order of pancakes were forgotten about and we had to ask about them after all the food was brought out. Chef David’s breakfast sandwich was great, the flavors all complemented one another and was very large order! Blueberry pancakes are a must!

   We showed up for the weekend special. My husband just loves the sea bass and was not disappointed. Though they were working short handed due to illness, you wouldn’t notice. Everyone had a smile on their face and took time to talk. Our server for the night was Carson (the assistant manager) who did everything he could to make our experience enjoyable. Love this place

   We had 6:45 reservations. It was busy when we arrived and the hostess told us it would be close to our reservation by the time we were seated. We had requested outside. At 6:45 I went back to the host stand. Now, two people are there. It is obvious they had no idea who I was and I checked in again. The hostess quickly sat us on the patio. There were three tables on the patio. She sat us at the worst table on the patio. When we asked for a different table. She said she could not sit us at any of the 10 empty tables. It turned out we were the last two who were seated on the patio. This has happened to us before. The hostess sets a negative tone for the evening. We eventually were moved not by the hostess but by a server. Then it was 20 minutes before we were offered a beverage. We specifically came for the special. By the time we were waited on there were no crab cakes. The server eventually apologized for his lack of attention. We want to come back because the food is exceptional but it is the little details that make it difficult to return.

    We are long-time patrons of Liberty Market. They create wonderful food in a creative atmosphere. The regular menu items are always on point. Make sure to try the apricot chicken at least once. And, the weekend specials never fail to impress!

    Beautiful weather for dining on Liberty Markets patio. The crab cakes and Luigi Martinis were excellent…the girl scout cookie cheesecake dessert was decadently good!

    We always go to Liberty Market for dinner before attending a Hale Theater play, which is about once a month. We have tried the surrounding restaurants, but most are so noisy, you can't hear yourself think. The ambience of the restaurant, the food preparation and presentation, and some of our favorite classics, keep us coming back. We have been coming here since it opened, and it is wonderful if you know the historic background of this once food market in downtown Gilbert. We've seen it go through several re-modelings, but the food quality and staff members remain exceptional.

    We were the party of 6 and we were seated in one of their horseshoe type booth. We had no personal space! We were genuinely squished. Four of the six people in our party were visiting Liberty Market for the first time. Definitely not the best location to seat this many people given we had a prior booking. Everything else was great but this definitely left the sour taste when none of us could even shift an inch on either side.

    We have been here once before and it was very good, but this time service was very slow, a wait for drinks, a wait to order, a long wait to order desert and we had to ask the runner that brought out the cake to cash us out since we had been there well over an hour. Table next to us was having the same issue. Maybe after lunch/changeover wa the reason, but the pasta dish (no soup or salad,no bread) was not worth the $21 price.

    Liberty market is a great local restaurant with an interesting history. Food was great, service was excellent and really appreciated that it wasn’t so noisy. You couldn’t hear yourself speak with the people you were with great location in downtown Gilbert.

    The food was amazing. The service was spotty. We didn’t get our appetizer, but the main dishes came out quickly. We just reordered the appetizer for dessert. It was delish.

    A great night. Everything was very well done. Food was delicious, service was great. Ambiance design was on point. Lights were a tad too bright, I think they should be dimmed at night. Highly recommend!

    We had a fantastic pre-show dinner. The food and the service are always great. My girlfriend and I spilt the pear salad and a pizza; my hubby had the grilled chicken pasta. It’s always more than enough. We’re finishing leftovers tonight! Thank you!

    My goodness, the Apricot Chicken was so delicious! Our waiter was very attentative and very clearly communicated with us. From reception to paying the bill, all staff members were professional and courteous. We enjoyed our dining experience!
