   Abbiamo invitato amici in questo posto è non succederà mai più . Cambiato tutto il cibo ingredienti e personale. I bucatini terribili immangiabili quadrati alla ricotta con pistacchi li ricordavamo squisiti :arrivati a tavola freddi appiccicati , le pizze crude e brutte . Negativo in tutto per carità mai più . Mi dispiace moltissimo perché io ero una grande appassionata essendo italiana .

    Excellent service— however the food was not great. Lettuce in salad was not crisp/fresh— with no flavor from the dressing. Entrees were much better. Ate here prior to COVID and had a much better experience. Maybe this was just an off day. Nonetheless the service was outstanding!! Thank you.

    Pizza was outstanding as was the linguine with clams. Cesar salad was not typical, but their version was delicious. Wonderful, casual dining experience.

    Great stop for pizza or fresh pasta while shopping. The bolognese is very good. Service is always excellent, ambiance loud and energetic as it's in the middle of Eataly. As a local that lives nearby I come here often and it never disappoints.

    The food was average and given that it is located in the center of the grocery store among other restaurants and food counters it was extremely loud. Unfortunately, given the amazing selection of products in the grocery store the food served at the restaurant was not that great. We order pizza and pastas and appetizers and everything was underwhelming. The pizza had so much cheese that the crust was very mushy and the pasta was undercooked and had way too much sauce that didn’t taste very good. The service was fine but chaotic, as there were so many people to clear plates, take orders, deliver food, etc. all of our meals arrived at different times including the appetizers. The drinks were fine, but expensive given the location.

    Service was so bad! Have been there several times and it was never that bad. It took her 45 minutes to take our order and main was served before the appetizers

    Honestly, don't know what happened. Perhaps their brick oven pizza is still good - didn't order that. But they took the mains (chicken Milanese, etc..). Meatballs reminded me of airport food. Food second time around was nothing to write home about. Waitress was very nice!

    Our waiter was very attentive and so was the bussing service. When I asked another waiter for help because I could not see our waiter he helped instantly. Kudos to the team. Both our appetizer were really good - zucchini fritters and Arancini. A little noisy but I love the vibe

    Very disappointing as I have been here numerous times and prefer butter with my bread however on this visit the first request was ignored and the second request came with a response that the chef would not allow it. I have never dined someplace where they had something and just refused to give it to a guest.

    It is a nice spot for after show or the like. If you want a real night out with a special dinner, this is not the place. The food was generally average to good, certainly nothing special. The pasta a la funghi (mushroom) underperformed. The rest was no better than what I might consider par, but again we had a good time, just going out for a casual dinner after a performance.

    The food came very very salty. My friend ordered the linguine vongole and her clams were so salty that she only had 2 bites of her dish. My carbonara noodles were not cooked through (the white of the noodles still shows!) And also too salty. Another companion order the pizza and barely finished 1 slice because it was very soggy. We did not return the food. It was our error and picking the place. It was an overall extremely disappointing especially when my companions drove 3 hours to dine here.

    Enjoyed the food and atmosphere, considering it's in the middle of the store. Wine list is expensive - even more so because we were overcharged $10 for our wine. When we pointed it out, the manager said the lesser price was the retail price in the wine shop across from the host station. She refunded the $10, but shouldn't you be charged the printed price on the wine list? Maybe they were thinking we wouldn't notice...
