Great food, great staff! The staff who served us kindly gave us the list of recommended restaurants in Venice when we told her we were going to there the very next day. The dishes have far more quality than the price.

I must say that I was very impressed with this restaurant for our first wedding anniversary dinner. From the service including the manager was very helpful and great to talk to and the food in which we had the truffle burger and Florintine t-bone steak was simply amazing. I rarely write these reviews like this but I must say that I was VERY impressed and will recommend this to all my friends and family in the US. Thank you again for this great experience. Thank you again...

Yes! I was looking for a non-traditional spot (and not touristy) that served fresh quality food, and found La Cocotte. They met the requirement hands down. The decor was updated, the restaurant very clean. Service was a delight. The food...wow! My favorites: cabbage soup, the cheeseburger (the meat 😀😀😍😀😍😍), and the chips that came with the burger. My dad and I left both happy. Oh, and the wine.

Great spot for my Birthday dinner with my best friend. We split a perfectly prepared steak and a delicious pasta dish. Wine was excellent and reasonably priced.

Gluten Free pasta for my allergy sensitive kid that was really good! Burgers were fantastic! Some of the best lasagna I had while it Italy. Great service as well

The food was absolutely delicious and a terrific value. We found the staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to other travelers. The quality of the food was considerably better than some of the pricier restaurants recommended by our concierge .

We weren't surprise that this moderately priced Florentine casual dining spot had a lot of beef and chicken on the menu; those dishes are regional specialties. But my wife's chicken dish essentially amounted to McNuggets with a few battered and deep fried veggies (onions, potatoes, etc.) on the side. My beef dish was so-so, a less egregious assault on the senses. However, most of the American and Asian clientele were enthralled when their steaks arrived with Roman Candles that had been stuck in them a-blazing. If you're a lonely American or Asian traveler, wanting company of same and some McNuggets but want to not actually go to the Mickey D's, or if you're wanting a steak with a fire-cracker in it, this place is for you. Otherwise, go to the Mickey D's or find something more upscale. Service was quite good, although the place was a bit on the loud side.

Great menu with a lot of variety in Italian and American (burgers) dishes. The staff were friendly and the service was quite prompt. The ambience (decor) is the best I have seen in the city.
