Everything was wonderful, the service was fantastic. The food was delicious. The only complaint if you can even call it that is they had this very strange music playing extremely loud. I could’ve done without that. I feel a place like that should’ve had. Oriental themed music in the background to keep the ambience.

I’ve been to three Kingdom locations—Tampa, Miami, and Orlando—and all three experiences were good, though the Orlando one is the best. It’s very spacious, the service is fast, and the atmosphere isn't too noisy. The cost per person is quite similar, averaging around $50. I highly recommend it.

Our food was delivered in a disorganized way and the manager told us it was not the kitchen's fault. Then she tried to pass off a big tip, already added to our bill.

Upon entering the establishment, the the ladies who greet us were unprepared and unprofessional. Despite arriving a little early, they had a conversation amongst themselves in their own native language before telling us we will have to wait because we are (10 minutes) early. Then they proceeded to speak amongst themselves again as if we were not in the room. After 10 minutes, I noticed they were getting ready to seat other people until she saw that we were also waiting. We were seated in a tight corner, the waiter barely spoke any English and didn’t introduce the menu to us, only asked if we are “ à la carte or all you can eat lunch.” The dishes that should have had a heated temperature were lukewarm or cold. The hot sushi was room temperature. It’s as though the foods were prepared and then sat out before being brought to us. I noticed the bartender breaking several food safety regulations; touching his hair and face before putting his fingers in glasses prepared for table distribution. We were overlooked several times and the table behind us were assisted instead. The place was loud and unorganized. Due to the language barrier, we were missing dishes and received multiples instead of one. I did not enjoy the food nor the service therefore we did not see the service fit for a tip. We will continue going to our Windermere location. Customer service is first impression and by that first impression, I should have canceled my reservation. I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone due to the language barrier, quality of food, cleanliness, customer service and noise level.
