The ramen is excellent, being vegetarian I have now tried 2 of the 3 vegan ramen option and both have been fantastic.

Second visit in a week, food excellent, service very good, great atmosphere and vibe to the place, noisy and busy but not too much. Highly recommended.

Cute place, bad service, ok food (stay away from Sara, the argumentative waiter; do NOT order pork chashu, as it's 90% fat)

Today the wonton ramen was not very good. Not as good as last time I’m here and also not as good as the one on broadway, the one on broadway really can keep the standard. Service was excellent!!! Music not too loud so still can talk :D. Definitely will come back.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I reserved a table, and it was specifically supposed to be a table. We had planned a special family dinner and expected to sit in a cozy place to celebrate our occasion. When we arrived, we were told that it didn’t matter that we had a table reservation — they would seat us at the counter near the kitchen instead. It was very uncomfortable: we couldn’t have a proper conversation, and the door behind us kept opening because staff were picking up take-out orders. The server said that if we wanted an actual table, we would have to wait 40 minutes. I don’t understand why I made a reservation two hours in advance if it didn’t guarantee us a table. The evening was ruined, and we didn’t have time to look for another place. It was a very strange situation, and something I’ve never encountered before.
