                                  We spent $368 for 3 people for a buffet! The attendants that were cutting up food were making sure to give/ serve tiny portions. The omelette was great. The dessert bar looked like leftovers from another party. We never got our water refilled. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The ambience was nice.

                                  The host Carlos is the staple to that place and I hope he finds a promotion he was 10/10 and did the best he could with what he was dealt. To call that place disorganized wouldn’t do it justice.

                                  Want to give a slight pass as they were clearly overbooked (lines constantly waiting) and understaffed (literally took an hour after being seated to get our water glasses filled), but honestly this was poorly run, no apologies from staff for the long waits and cold food that came out over an hour after being ordered and incorrect, ridiculous price markups, and adding a 20% service charge to the bill when we barely had any service from the staff that would literally look away and duck behind the corner when we tried to get their attention after trying to upsell their brunch. If you don’t have to eat here I would suggest looking elsewhere in an area with great dining, as this was a negative mark on our Mother’s Day brunch from all aspects

                                  I want to preface this review by saying that I approached my dining experience with genuine excitement and high hopes. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed not entirely due to the experience itself, but largely because of how the establishment was presented. I believe full transparency in naming and branding goes a long way in setting appropriate expectations for guests. Referring to the restaurant simply as "Jellico's" without clearly disclosing that it is located within and operated by the Westin Hotel is, in my opinion, quite misleading. A more forthright name such as "Jellico's at the Westin" would have immediately provided diners with the context needed to calibrate their expectations accordingly. A hotel restaurant and a standalone dining establishment can offer very different experiences, and guests deserve to know which they are choosing. This lack of clarity extended beyond just the restaurant's branding. I was equally disappointed to find that Open Table's listing did not make this distinction apparent either. As someone who relies on reservation platforms to make informed dining decisions, I felt let down by the absence of clear, accurate information at the point of booking. This experience has been a valuable (if frustrating) reminder to carefully read all fine print and supplementary details when making reservations through third-party platforms going forward. I share this feedback not out of hostility, but in the sincere hope that both Jellico's and Open Table will consider greater transparency in how this establishment is presented to prospective diners. Honest, upfront communication builds trust and that benefits everyone.

                                  We attend the Easter brunch at Jellico's every year and it is always so well done! The food is fantastic, the decor--including the pasteries--are stunning, and the staff is always so nice!
