The food was fantastic, the homemade pasta, the tagliare, the wine, the service, there is a reason this is a top rated restaurant, they provided one of the best meals, while pricey still affordable considering the very touristy nature of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. You would be hard pressed to find better fresh cheese served anywhere else. Truly top notch.

Fantastic restaurant just of the main busy "high street," Sat outside on a warm evening very calm and relaxed. Food was fabulous - we had everything buffalo - the mozzarella and the steak - everything was very tasty.Service was friendly and efficient - no problem with communication - our feeble attempts at Italian was met with fluent English.

The venue is adorable however was quickly disappointed when I saw the kitchen opening premade pizza dough and warming it in the over. I ordered the special truffle pasta and it was terrible. Pasta wasn’t fresh and you could not taste the truffles. Overall I also found the menu over priced. You can find a better, more reasonable and authentic meal elsewhere.

I found this restaurant on a Facebook page for Italy and it had good reviews. They accommodated a party of 12 easily. We did go early which helped. One of the owners (I believe) greeted us and told us about the menu and the highlights. We all had fantastic meals, started with the buffalo cheese assortment and meat platters. Everything was delicious down to the dessert. Great restaurant.

Unbelievable food - lasagna is arguably the best in the area, buffalo with balsamic was also cooked perfectly.

Amazing service walked us into a perfectly planned series of appetizers including cured meats, cheeses and ribs (to die for). Entrees were each amazing. The lasagna is in the top 2 all time!!!! The ribs were epically soft, fall off the bone, perfectly seasoned/braised. Their pesto is also a top pesto of all time!! My son, a major carni, destroyed the steak with such vigor, he just couldn’t stop. All soooooo good!!

I have to say that I have never walked into a restaurant and allowed the server to just bring whatever he felt best. Fabio said “trust me” and he earned my trust. We had the BEST experience just waiting for our meals. The food was delicious, the service was perfect, and our night was amazing! To quote my 3 year old, “my sketti was amazing!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was excellent. Lots of fresh and local foods. They make there own mozzarella with Buffalo Milk as well as using buffalo meat with their pasta. Service was both attentive and informative. The bourbon sauce on the pork ribs was the best I have had. Would definitely go back if in Sorrento again.

This meal was simply amazing. Our waiter steered us perfectly thru the meal. The mozzarella sampler was beyond the pale. You have not had mozzarella until you try this!!! This alone is reason enough to eat at Bufalo, but then there is the amazing ragu sauce and thick pasta. The limoncello sponge desert was meh. Not up to the standards of the rest of the food. Skip it and go for gelato.

This wonderful restaurant has an incredible four cheese plate that includes various buffalo mozzarellas. And as with many of the Sorrento restaurants, excellent pasta and great desserts. Don’t miss this place!

The service was excellent, even when I was the last person at the restaurant. My reservation was at 10:30 pm, and there was nobody else when I arrived. And even then, both waiters were super heedful. On the food, the appetizer was great (buffala capresse), although the main dish was ok. I thought the price was very reasonable.

The Terrazo wine was exceptional. The assorted cheese plate was it’s own meal and we learned a thing or two about Italian cheese. Beyond exquisite. Had the blue fish and another fish and was more than we could eat but I can’t imagine finding a better restaurant in Italy. Service was outstanding.

A welcome dose of a nice T-Bone (red meat) after 10 days of amalfi coast diet of 100% fish and salad. Great location off the beaten track of the main street in Sorrento and great staff and service. Loved the wine of the day which was a Radici Vive Primitivo. Strongly recommend Bufalito if you are in the area.
