The Ifestioni Restaurant, nestled in the Aressana Hotel, offers a genuine experience of the island's culinary culture and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine. Our Head Chef Marios Laganas honors Greek Cuisine and has crafted a Dinner menu which is more of a 'journey' in time, with plates such as the famous 'Athinaiki Salata', 'Fish Yuverlakia' and the excelent 'Cod Dolma' (which is known to Greeks as 'Bakaliaros-Skordhalia'.

However, we absolutely love Comfort Food therefore our Lunch Menu is consisted of a Greek tapas mixture and Western comfort food! Offered by our expansive, freshwater pool where you can indulge in our refreshing cocktails!

We ate at Ifestioni for dinner on a recommendation. The food was superb, especially the seabass in parchment paper. Our server was delightful, and spent good time with us as we were the first patrons of the evening. She offered us a savory complimentary fish soup. From start to finish, our time at Ifestioni was memorable and we look forward to recommending it to others. Bravo!

We received a warm welcome from all the staff and our main server was warm, very helpful and knowledgable about the food and wine we were ordering. We really enjoyed the food and felt it was reasonably priced. The views from the restaurant were absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend Ifestioni for the food, ambiance, views and lovely staff!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Ifestioni last night with my family. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and truly inviting—perfect for a relaxed and memorable evening. A special mention goes to our sommelier and server, Angeliki, who was absolutely outstanding. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Her recommendations were spot-on and elevated the entire experience. The food was simply delicious—each dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Everything we tried exceeded our expectations. Overall, Ifestioni offers not just great food, but a complete dining experience with amazing service and a lovely ambiance. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini!🫶🏻

I visited the Ifestioni restaurant with my partner two days ago. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience! The food was delicious, and our waiter informed us that all the ingredients used come from the greek territory, it was impressive! What satisfied me even more, was the fact that they had a totally greek wine list and an extensive cocktail & beverage list that included even several choices for still and sparkling water!!! The staff was kind, friendly and very attentive and our waiter Kleopatra did everything to make us feel like being at home! I definitely recommend it!!!

Starters were amazing, but the Mains were cold and the waiter kept getting orders wrong and we had to challenge the bill. I would hope when this restaurant is busier in the high season, its quality improves. Not as expected.

Ifestioni was such a cute and charming spot in Santorini with a really lovely atmosphere. The restaurant itself has a warm, inviting feel and was a great place to enjoy a meal. The food was good, and while there weren’t a lot of options that personally fit what I wanted to eat, what we had was still enjoyable. The standout for me was definitely the service—absolutely impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the experience feel extra special. Overall, a very charming restaurant with excellent service and a nice ambiance. If you’re looking for a cozy spot in Santorini and appreciate great hospitality, it’s definitely worth a visit.
