Founder of the three Michelin starred Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, Massimo Bottura has created a menu for the House’s culinary destination together with chef Karime Lopez Moreno Tagle.
The seasonally-changing menu is inspired by the team’s culinary travels, global experience, and a passion for art and music, applied to Italian cuisine. The restaurant is also a reflection of Florence’s historical significance as a cultural confluence and creative melting pot during the Renaissance period, an important theme and inspiration for both Massimo and Karime.
The restaurant also offers an ornate private dining room named Foliage, which hosts up to 14.
The food is great especially the lobster roll and the burger!!! We enjoy it very much. But just the service is a little bit slow, when we are ready to order, we wait for like 20min but no one comes. All in all, it is a fantastic restaurant!
Great. Food was excellent
It was our second visit: we enjoyed the first time and we enjoyed even more the second time. Definitely worth every penny. My son and are in love with and it's definitely "our" place for a dinner/lunch treat
We had a weird pressure by the waiter to push us to order a Tasting Menu. I understand it is easier for the kitchen, and also cheaper than ordering from the menu, but the push was too far. I was really upset by this insistence, certainly not a feature by a Michelin-starred Restaurant. On top of this, I had to order something more because my main seemed to be an appetizer (lobster roll), whereas it was exactly the kind of plate I was expecting, and it was enough considering the other dishes I got. It is a pity because the service compromises the whole experience you have in restaurants like this and it has been penalized a lot.

If the name Massimo Bottura is involved, you simply go - no question. It was excellent. I'm sure nothing like his flagship, but very good nonetheless.
I am particularly grateful to the staff of Gucci Osteria for making my daughter's 19th birthday so special, including lovely comments to my daughter from staff and a lovely birthday dessert.
One Michelin staff is highly deserved.
The staff are professional and impeccable, discrete yet warm and welcoming. The venue and food are great, with a touch of true creativity at every step of the culinary experience. A fun way to enjoy a meal in good company.
Amazing Food, great wine, nice atmosphere! Overall it was an invaluable experience but it is just a little bit expensive, so only for special occasions. Also, the waiter forgot one course of our menu which was a bit annoying.

Bella cucina identitaria della chef e del sous chef, non influenzata, se non in alcuni piatti, dall'ombra imponente di Massimo Bottura, stile internazionale in tutto o quasi, ottimi i primi come i secondi, carta dei vini risicata probabilmente si ampliera' ma quello che e' in carta non e' banale in coerenza con la cucina. Una bella tavola da provare.

Ristorante riprende i colori di un vero e proprio giardino. Non ho amato molto l’illuminazione che si crea in una situazione diurna ma Il cibo è stata una vera E propria esperienza di gusto. Ho voluto provare sia il risotto alla mela verde che “il tempo delle mele”’ossi la rivisitazione del classico studel e li ho trovati deliziosi. Molto divertente (oltre che buono) il burger che arriva nel packaging in stile fast food. Il personale e’ stato decisamente impeccabile. Consigliato!

the service is top notch. I liked the compliments from the chef from the food, if they are included in the main menu, we will definitely come to eat))). I didn’t really like the octopus, the cheeses were very good, but I prefer without “aromas”, the risotto and roll were good
A fairly good experience seeing that this is the only Gucci restaurant in the world. Food is average given the price. Service is polite but not personal. Do give the chawanmushi dish a miss - it’s too gelatinous and nothing like what real chawanmushi should be. Overall, worth a visit if you have an afternoon and cash to spare.
Cool spot, we took the tasting menu and it's a nice mix of different foods from different continents. The restaurant is quite small, maybe 20 tables, but nice flower-themed decor and an attentive staff. Happy experience.
This is my 5th coming to the restaurant, I never get tired of it. In fact service staff recognize me as frequent guest and I consider it as a plus during service. Amazing food, service and ambiance

Cucina davvero ottima, un mix di prodotti del territorio della chef Karime e di ispirazione di Bottura, accostamento vini al menu degustazione davvero eccellenti.
La stella assolutamente meritata come cucina, abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di conoscere Karime che é venuta in sala a fine servizio.
Qualche accortezza da migliorare sul servizio, ma sono neostellati e quindi nessun errore grave, anzi.
Nel complesso davvero consigliatissimo.

We expected more from the food - one of the starters in the short tasting menu was hard to identify and tasteless. Go with the tortellini.

Food and service below average. It took 30 mins for me to receive my coat back
Great place and food, the service was not at the level, the waiter didn’t explain well the extra charge for the truffle addition and we ended up paying extra 80€ for it. We choose food plus wine course , the waiter would pick our glasses still full of wine and serve the wine for the next meal. But a nice experience overall.
Too much noisy. Tables too close. Good service and correct food. I expect more from one of the most famous chefs. We travel from Barcelona just to go and enjoy the restaurant and was quite poor as a global experience.
The food is outstanding and the place is very comfortable, but the ratio quality price it's not so good. I've eaten taste menus with same quality in Michelin star restaurants that had more plates and had a better price.
