   Had a lovely meal with my friend for her birthday. The presentation, service and quality of food was excellent. Richard our server was very professional and attentive. Well done to all. Would definitely return and definitely recommend to others.

   We really enjoyed our meal - the presentation of the food was outstanding and tasted delicious. The early bird menu is exceptional value. Service was great - very attentive. Definitely recommend.

   A great restaurant and even if though I am not vegetarian, I prefer this restaurant to many other in Dublin. I travel and entertain a lot in my line work and no longer see eating out as exciting.m However, I always look forward to coming to Dublin and enjoying the creativity of the chef.

   Superb food- one the best in Dublin. Value is reasonable for the quality and everything is vegetarian or vegan (but even the non-vg folks were impressed and satisfied). Service was very competent and polite and the restaurant has a wonderful ambiance. Can't wait to return.

    Fantastic food for vegans and vegetarians alike. I had the mushroom mousse to start and the gnocchi as my main. The food was so good I dreamt about it that night. Couldn't recommend Glas enough. Service was attentive and excellent throughout the night. Thanks to everyone for another great evening.

    Waiters were arrogant, and weren’t helpful. We ordered champagne rosé, he brought rose wine instead, wine with metal cover, not even a cork. Broccoli was burnt. And all the experience was weird. We ordered food to share, they didn’t bring us additional plates and just weren’t helpful at all. Food is not bad (instead of burnt broccoli), but service should be definitely better.

    Amazing vegetarian food, one of the best I’ve tried tbh and the service was second to none. Price on the high side I’d say, early bird for two, two courses, water and coffee over 70€. Highly recommended!! Thank you!

    Lovely venue, great ambiance, nice background music and very informative staff. Had an absolutely amazing time. Each dish was such an exciting experience. We were a party of 4. Only one of us was a vegetarian, but the food was really tremendous. Looking forward to going there again to try more items on the menu.

    Really trying far too hard to be different and "exciting". Far too many competing flavours on the plate and yet managing to be quite bland as well. For a vegan restaurant very little vegan wine [10 / 15% maybe] and a lot of cheese that may not even have been vegetarian, let alone vegan; almost all blues have rennet. Waiting staff far too enthusiastic and were around the table far too often asking for feedback, rather than letting us enjoy our evening. Also, using Opentable for booking dinner is poor; forcing a deposit and handing over card details to a third party, possibly insecure vendor. Not good.

    Absolutely fantastic food, drinks and service. I eat meat but still thoroughly enjoyed every dish and didn’t miss it at all. My boyfriend and I both agreed that the roast beetroot starter was one of our favorite dishes ever. The pear cosmopolitan was also lovely. Great ambiance too.

    Wonderful place, loved the decor and the ambience. It was really busy both when we arrived and people kept arriving later on. The staff were friendly but busy so no chat. Great to see such an unusual menu and juxtaposition of flavours and textures although they were challenging at times. I found my turnip gnocchi a bit bland and insubstantial but luckily my partner (perhaps being Scottish) loved them so we swapped, the carrot risotto main was lovely and there was more complexity and substance to it. We shared two puddings to try both, I did not think the tarragon creme brulee worked but my partner liked it, the sourdough and rhubarb pudding worked well and was much less worthy, more of a treat. The wines were really good with lots of choice by the glass. We would definitely return.

    This is the kind of place where you leave not feeling full, but you put up with small portions because you expect amazing taste. We just didn’t get that. The burrata was a quarter of a burrata, and it and the green stuff around it was straight out the fridge, so tasteless. Broccoli pesto was as tasteless as it sounds. Much of the meal was ok but nothing special and in no way justified the price. The guy at the door was nice, but the waiter was bored and wanted rid of us.
