   Good enjoyable time. Dance floor is very dangerous. The wood sinks down when people dance and there are boards that are lifted that can cause tripping. Needs fixing asap

   Was vey comfortable and easy for four of us to talk and visit. One of which was hard of hearing. Food came out quick, hot and accurate. Waiter was attentive and prompt in completing requests.

   Service was great, friendly. $88 + tip for regular breakfast with coffee for 4. They add a surcharge too. Seat cushions dirty. Seating on deck uncomfortable. Home fries greasy. Denver omelet was good. Comfortable atmosphere. Better try harder with that new hotel opening in 2025.

   Great little place on the water with good food and large portions. The service was good and the atmosphere is casual. I’ve had the clams and mussels for an appetizer, prime rib, salmon, fish and chips and a steak sandwich. Every one of us were happy with their dinner. When in the area we will definitely be back!

    I wouldn't recommend the beer garden during the days when the band is playing. Very loud, so don't plan on having a conversation with your table mates. Otherwise evening dining is great and the bar is packed.

    Always friendly and comfortable. Waitress good but took too long to get check. Never got our water. Band wasn’t very good. Dance floor is not safe, need a new one.

    Great place to dine in with awesome band playing music we’re familiar with. Service was fast, great food, decent prices and our server was very accommodating when we requested another table closer to the patio. Casual, close to home yet with great ambience. The Galley is going to be one of our favorite places to go to and get entertainment.💕

    Made a reservation, but when we got there they were CLOSED! Would have been nice to know that via opentable but they probably weren’t notified by restaurant or may not have system capability to do that. Like this restaurant when open! 😉

    Went here for my mom’s birthday. We used to love this place but the service changed a lot. So did the food but the music is still great and that’s a plus.

    Reservation at 7pm showed up early was seated within 10 minutes to a table made for 2 that felt like an inconvenience. Was glad in the patio area could hear the music and see the water. Just hard to look at the water around people eating, ending up ordering food to go. Service was fast and understanding. Got home potatoes skins were over cooked burnt in some areas.

    We have been coming here for years as we have a boat at the Marina. This is the first time going since the restaurant sold. The hostess which eventually greeted us was unfriendly. The restaurant was busy and only seemed to have one server to handle both patio areas. After waiting 10 min at our table without anyone taking a drink order, we went inside to order our own. The Bartender was less pleasant than the hostess if that was possible. We had no issues with the food. My suggestion is management needs to have a pow wow with the staff as they all seemed miserable and deflated. We tried very hard to be understanding but not everyone would be. This place is a staple of Chula Vista and we will continue to visit.

    Understaffed for a Saturday. Waitress argued with us over what the menu said was included in a meal vs "what she was told". Ended up paying extra for a side that the menu said was included.

    Had a very enjoyable meal at the Galley after local recommendations. The only downside was the waiting time for service as they were understaffed. Oh, and also the karaoke which sounded like fun but we wanted to chat so parked ourselves as far away as possible..... I had the short rib which was excellent - really tender and full of flavour, a really nice piece of meat.

    There are four distinct dining areas, the bar, inside tables, outside on the dance floor and outdife with a marina view. We had the marina view. The event was picture perfect, as usual.

    We went to see the live entertainment which was quite enjoyable. Our waitress was phenomenal. We had the ribeye and it was by no means the best steak I have ever eaten. Lots of fat, very thin..... just not great. But, the overall experience was fine

    Went for just apps. Ordered the shrimp cocktail which had a poor presentation on a bunch of ice cubes on a dinner plate with celery?? We also ordered the zucchini tempura was so greasy that it was dripping. Very expensive for what we ordered.

    Service was good, food was not. I had the avocado toast and I think they squeezed lemon on it and made it taste bad it was too sweet. The breakfast burrito was dry and had no taste. Ambience was cool and there was a nice breeze cause it’s right on the water.
