   The service was quite disappointing. We ordered a beef cheek as main course for our lunch but the dish served was chicken. The staff insisted that he reconfirmed the order with me while he actually did not. Still, the food was great.

    Generally speaking, a wonderful meal, the service was attentive and most of the dishes were tasty. However, the dinner set was too much(hardly finish the set) and some of them(onion soup, main course beef) were too heavy for me, fried potatoes + beef made my tongue really tired…

    The services were slow, and one of the sommeliers was very arrogant and had no care for hospitality that he managed to ruin our evening in a 10 second interaction we had with him. Not worth the money paid for what's supposed to be a "fine" dining experience.

    I order 5-course lunch set and had lamb. Taste / presentation are impeccable but can't believe the portion is so small. Would appreciate at least have two blocks of meat. Not of anyone's fault, but our back was another table of 5-6 ladies and one might have problem in hearing. She was loud nearly the whole lunch, quite annoying. Big applaud to the sommelier, as he is always reliable and provide great recommendations suiting us. May try dinner next time and hope the ambiance will be more romantic.

    The food was outstanding and I commend the chef and the kitchen staff for their execution. However, the service overall was a miss and put a damper to an overall great meal. The wait time between the first and the second course was very long, whereby our neighboring diners which were seated 45 minutes after we began our dinner service ended up finishing their meal before us. The table was not kept clean after each course. Service was also not personable as the wait staff forgot their promise to help my wife and I with taking some pictures to commemerate our anniversary. Although the quality of the food was good, I unfortunately will not recommend the restaurant to my friends and business associates given the price vs. relative value that I can obtain from similar establishments in the city.

    For a romantic evening with traditional western style fine dining in a beautiful venue, it is very hard to find somewhere nicer than caprice in the four seasons hotel.

    Food and wine recommendations were both excellent. Services were top-notch - attentive and professional yet not to formal or imposing. Very enjoyable dining experience. One of my best dinners, if not the best, that I can recall.
