   Michael, il nostro cameriere, è stato molto gentile e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza, il cibo buono vario e abbondante, il prezzo, a confronto con i prezzi della stessa tipologia di ristoranti, forse un po’ elevato.

   Ho mangiato tantissimo concentratevi sulla carne e non mangiate quasi niente al buffet. Così assaggiate tutti i tipi di carne alcuni pezzi sono particolari. I contorni li portano al tavolo quindi lasciate stare il buffet

   The food was mediocre and the service was terrible. We ordered a bottle of wine that took almost 30 minutes to arrive. When it finally arrived it took 4 people to figure out how to uncork it. Our companion ordered a cocktail that didn’t arrive for 45 minutes. The only good thing was the Brazilian cheese bread and crème brûlée. Save your money and go to Ruth’s Chris.

    Service was slow. Our table was offered 3 meats - that was all. I have always enjoyed dining here, but the service has been lacking recently. I'm not sure if its due to staffing shortages, but it is disappointing.

    The place was overbooked and overcrowded service was not coming to our table they stopped coming even when the green was still on . Not the fault of waitress she was trying her best but the place was overbooked and quality was low. Sorry I loved this place but it’s expensive to not be at the usual level. They could not keep up.

    I had a great time celebrating my birthday at Fogo De Chao. Our waitress was very kind and helpful in making recommendations about both drinks and food. Food tasted great! Both market bar and meats.

    We visited for lunch. The front desk person asked us to wait for her to answer the phone. After a while she brought us to our table. There were three different meats offered - not really a variety. The “gauchos” sliced thick pieces of lukewarm beef on to our plate. Overall experience, very disappointing.

    Food was absolutely amazing. Well what we had. The service not good at all and our table was missed several times. The table behind us got every single meat several times. We had to raise our hand to say, can we try too. The server took everything away after being there 24 minutes. Never once checked on us. Did not ask if we were done and brought the check. We hardly ate. Very dissatisfied.

    Didn’t have a single server come by to even take our order for drinks all night, and when asked for someone to get us one the server was very rude and seemed agitated. Food barely came around even when the card was flipped on green. It was a very poor experience for a first time trying the restaurant.

    We went there for valentines day , and the moment we checked in at the both me and my girlfriend both thought “what did we just get ourselves into” as one of woman was shouting at the top of her lungs everytime someones table was ready. It was extremely hostile. Once seated we never had a waitress come over after 30 minutes of waiting we decided to just go up and grab our sides from the buffet. We were eating and someone finally came by after about an hour and asked us where we got our drinks from. We grabbed them from the bar because nobody was paying any attention to us and there was not a manager in sight. She asked us if there was anything else we needed and we asked for bread and put in another round of drinks…the bread never showed and our drinks came 45mins later so we immediately asked her for the bill before she could be nowhere to be found again. Our drinks must have just been sitting there because all the ice had melted and it was gross. we didnt finish our drinks and we called it a night. Needless to say we will not be going back. Awful service and management. So disappointed that we decided to dine here on valentines day.

    Food and drinks were delicious, our server was a lovely young lady who was extremely upbeat and helpful. the only two things I didn’t particularly enjoy was having to wait 40 minutes even with a reservation and how close the tables were to eachother as in my opinion that was a fire hazard

    This restaurant has a great ambiance and delicious food. The only thing is that they don’t have my favorite champagne: veuve cliqout, and no better alternatives, I think they can improve in that area.

    Best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff, from the hostess to the service team, was spot on and cheerfully attentive and went above and beyond to make the time special. We had a great time and will definitely be back, oh the food was delicious too!
