I will start with the service. The service by all measures was excellent. The male waiter exceptionally good. He even the order of my date on the phone because she was running late. Overall, the customer service was magnificent. About the environment: my date naturally has been health-sensitive, observant, and detail-oriented. Together, we were well pleased with the set up and the clean and well decorated Dinning area. My date also praised the cleanliness and uniqueness of the rest rooms. The parking area was clean clean, spacious, and accommodating. And finally, the mean event: the food and the drinks. The food exceptionally delicious and yummy and so was the red wine and the mixed drinks that recommended. We will definitely return in not too distant future and we will recommend the restaurant to all of our friends, families, co-workers, and other love ones and even strangers

Second time here and it was amazing on each visit. The waitstaff was great and attentive and the food was great. Great energy in the restaurant but not loud. Will definitely be back again!

Service and food were excellent. Initially had reservation for 9 PM but found that we could arrive earlier. Directly spoke with someone at the restaurant and reservations were changed to 815PM. We arrived promptly at 815 and had to wait in our car until 845. We felt this was excessive due to the fact that we had a reservation. Otherwise the experience was very positive and we felt safe and protected,

Given the circumstances of dining during a COVID-19 pandemic, we expected service to be iffy and the food to be slower to arrive. We were disappointed in both cases. Christian was an outstanding server and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful meal and hope to visit again.

My friend and I went here for a Galantine’s Date and everything was amazing! We had the $29 couples special and everything tasted great, our waitress was phenomenal, and the place was very nice. Definitely will go again.

The cole slaw don’t waste your time. KFC’s is much better. Steaks were cooked perfectly.

We were seated at the time of our reservation. Seating was great considering COVID restrictions. Waitress was very attentive and engaging. The food was served quickly. The food was hot and tasted wonderful. We had two kids with us and the kids meal had great variety. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definately go again.

Our waitress Tara was amazing! She took our orders quickly and treated each of us in a friendly and competent manner. The food was delicious and we were all satisfied with our orders.

We ordered 2 lemonades and received 2 mixed drinks that were in the same glass that a normal drink is served in and was the color of lemonade. Thank God my 12 year old daughter (who loves lemonade) wasn't with us and was given 1 of those or my grandfather who we take to dinner often (25 years sober) and always orders lemonade. Why alcoholic drinks are not given in a special glass or even a piece of fruit just so the server can tell the difference is beyond me.
Adding to that, the prime rib that I ordered was raw when I requested medium and the au jus had zero flavor. The manager did pick up the tab, but it still doesn't help the fact we were served alcohol.
This was the 1st and last time we will go to this restaurant.

My boyfriend and I went for our 7th anniversary. It was our first time and we will both be back! He had a steak and mashed potatoes, and I had the salmon with mashed and grilled veggies. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and very quick with refills.

Firebirds-Belvedere is one of our favorite places to go. The food is always good. The menu offers something for everyone. We always get good service. Great place for that special celebration, dinner with friends or a nice dinner as a couple.
