   Good staff! Attentive! Onion rings are outstanding. Side salad option for entrees is a little expensive and twice too large (Greenery is very good though!). Cream soups are delights.

   A group of us came here after a comedy show. We had eaten previously (appetizers) so our appetite wasn’t the biggest. We had lobster queso (5 out of 10), Colorado salad (7 out of 10) and a margarita (8 out of 10). Our server was amazing..very friendly and attentive!

   We sat at bar while waiting for table great experience - got seated at table and literally had no silverware or place settings for 20 minutes. - my son ordered his dinner it came out right away - the table was not cleaned / not wiped down / there was rib bones under the table and smashed French fries stuck to the bottom of my shoes - it was not the servers fault but they were struggling to find silverware side plates not one manager came to see how our dinner was - your restaurants prices are fine dining status and a McDonald’s was cleaner than this so disappointed

   The waitress was not good. She was not terrible but she didn't live up to all the other waiters and waitress services we've had this yr. We visit twice a week. We have never had someone splatter the double diamonds liquid all on the menus and she didn't try to clean it up. Sorry other things happened. I don't want to write a book.

   Always enjoy a meal at Firebirds. This visit we enjoyed more than most. We had the BEST waitress! She went out of her way to take care of us. As always, the food was exceptional.

    The managing partner, John Glenn, helped us get our email fixed to receive Birthday promotion. The food was really good and cook just like we liked it. We love celebrating at Firebirds.

    We were seated quickly and our waitress, Hunter, was efficient, friendly and helpful. Firebirds is one of my favorite places. A good variety and tasty every time. The grilled shrimp in my salad was a bit salty, but very flavorful.

    Our server was sweet and she was super nice. The food is okay- a little overpriced for the amount of food you get but still good. The bartender for us was not the greatest, I waited nearly 45 minutes for a simple mimosa and when it finally did come to the table it was a half full glass of juice. All in all, not the best experience but also not the worst.

    Before we were even seated, our server asked for our drink orders. Then once we were ready to order, it took over 30 min for him to realize that we hadn’t gotten our chicken tenders. My tenders were comped, but I had to pay for the tea I had while waiting. When I finally did get the food, the bbq sauce had water on top of it, and it looked like a kids plate, not an adult portion. If I would have paid $15 for that plate, I would have been mad. It had 7 fries and a small ramekin of fruit. Definitely will think hard before going back.

    The chicken was really dry. The asparagus was bland. The only things I liked were my drink, the bread and my husband's shrimp that came with his steak. He enjoyed his food. He had wings for an appetizer and the filet and shrimp for his entree. We went for our anniversary and I don't think I would go again for a big occasion

    I frequent this restaurant and have NEVER experienced anything short of great atmosphere and food. The double black diamond martini is a bomb. Thanks; we'll be back.

    The place was packed. We had a 815 reservation and arrived before time and was seated exactly @ 815 Service was exceptional and the food was spectacular. I had the ranch rings roasted garlic steak and 2 firebird perfect margaritas. We will be returning.

    Because customers are seated closely to the kitchen area which is open, that space should be kept more clean. Food was delicious and service was good.

    Great menu with options from steak to salads to seafood. Multiple courses are easy to enjoy. My wife and I shared an appetizer, added a side salad to our entree instead of a standard side, and still split a dessert. All of these courses met our expectations and we will be back again. Mondays also offer a great wine special that is perfect for a date night or group gathering.
