Excellent meals. From my wife’s fish to my organic lemon chicken everything was superb. Waitress attentive and competent. Sangria was refreshing. We have been there in the past and will go often.
The service and food was perfect! This location is somewhat cramped. They may consider replacing the chairs with more comfortable and less bulky chairs.
Ok food super bland
I like the ambiance of this restaurant and the wine list was good. I wasn't overly impressed with the crostini which they are known for. My branzio fish was very good.
Everything was awesome, best place in NYC.
Haley was super sweet and patient. Definitely coming back for more crostinis and the scallops!
As I attend theater in the area, my go to place is Fig & Olive. The crostini's are excellent and reasonable. My server made a fantastic mojito, not on the Wine List, at my request for same and other dishes available are always well prepared and beautiful to see. Go, enjoy, especially the bread served with three different oils in which to dip.
Great service, warm atmosphere and a charming neighborhood place. My party of four loved the food and you did not rush us at lunchtime. Thank you. We'll be back!

The service started out good but then there was a changing of the guard and we got lost in the shuffle.
Loved my meal here but what annoyed me was that I booked with open table and when I came in I told them I was there and had a reservation. After I had eaten and paid and was at home I got an email saying that I never arrived and I was being removed from the points that would have been given. I phoned the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone said she couldn’t do anything. So I said let me speak to the manager. She came back and suddenly said manager not available. Now what I don’t understand is that I booked , I arrived , I ate and paid so why would u say I didn’t arrive and then make no attempt to rectify.
I’ve been twice before this experience to the Meatpacking location and the food was fine. Not spectacular but fine. This time we tried the UES side location and the food was positively inedible. Our lamb was completely rare and uncooked (I love s good medium rare steak but this was insane). Our shrimp was uncooked and we had to send it all back. The saffron paella had no taste and the clams were boiled and put on top, the rest of the seafood was chewy and hard to eat. It also tasted particularly fishy. We had to send everything back, first time we have ever done that at a restaurant in anywhere in the world. Dreadful.
Nice place wish they had a full bar but a adequate beer and wine list. I would go back
Once again, despite ma ny good restaurants in. the area, I chose Fig & Olive where the food is excellent. The wine and drink menu is an added treat. Service its also excellent with both waitpersons a nd staff being attentive. My only problem is tryin g to choose my food when there are so many wonderful choices. I do highly recommend Fig & Olive.
All the Fig&Olive restaurants are good and serve delicious crostini. This is the one to choose if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere. It’s smaller than the others. Enjoyed a tasty brunch with friends and were actually able to carry on a conversation.

This was our second time. Both experiences were great! The food was absolutely delicious! Get the crostini’s. We got 6 and cut them in half for an appetizer. The main dishes were delicious, cooked perfectly and seasoned correctly. Also don’t turn down the blood orange olive oil. It’s like nothing you’ve ever tasted. Oh and lastly, their homemade olives are the best! Fig and Olive has become one of our favorites. Our only negative would be that the music is too loud. Music should be an enhancement not to compete with. Makes the customers have to yell at each other to be heard.

Liked the space very much. Service was attentive, but not overbearing. A big shocker was that there is not a full bar at this location! Would have liked to know that ahead of time. The appetizers and main course were wonderful - delicious and imaginative in combinations of ingredients. Our two desserts - the apple sorbet & pot de creme were not good. The sorbet was too sweet and had the consistency more of an “icey” and the pot de creme tasted just sub par (perhaps the quality of the chocolates?). The price fixe menu was a winner in all regards. All in all however, I would definitely return!

The chicken sandwich had whole lemon slices in it. it used to be a good one, not sure why they made this crazy change. Everything else was ok.
I've been frequenting fir and olive for years. And, have loved it, however, last Sat. there was a children's birthday party which made the noise unbearable. When I mentioned to the manager that this is not the kind of place for children's birthday parties,he said, 'they have to eat, too!!!! I'll think twice before going back.
I love love love this place! The food is phenomenal. Their signature crostini’s are to die for. The service is great and the atmosphere is so comforting!
We had Easter brunch at Fig and Olive. The service was excellent as was the food. Everything was served in a timely manner and we were asked every few minutes if we needed anything. We will be back!
Excellent option for high quality food in a comfortable setting. Prix Fixe option offers great value with some excellent choices including "Pot de Creme" as a dessert. Absolutely will return again soon for dinner.
Pricey, good food, service, ambience. Nothing special for the cost
First time here and it was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the food, the only thing was the music. It was too loud, so they turned it down, then someone turned it up. This happened a few times.
There were four of us for brunch and we were all very pleased with our meals. The avocado toast was excellent and the friend who ordered the shrimp and salmon salad pronounced the salmon to be cooked to perfection, better than he's had at any of the many expensive fine dining restaurants he's been to. The restaurant was also quiet, with some pleasant music but nothing that interfered with our conversation. We also appreciated the many interesting drinks available, both alcoholic and, especially, nonalcoholic.
There are no vegan options here and, even if I called in advance to ask if the cook would be able to put something simple together for me or just make the pasta dish they have with olive oil instead of butter, I was told that they wouldn't even check with the chef as they simply don't do that. I wouldn't go back and would certainly not recommend this place.

Nice restaurant near Bloomingdales. They have amazing olive oils! Meal and Service were very good.
Unbelievably arrogant weekday lunch hostess. She can take a lesson from the Meatpacking location on service and graciousness. Location was far too crowded and far too noisy. Food was good but not worth putting up with all the nonsense. I won’t be back.
I have eaten in all three of the Fig & Olives in Manhattan on several occasions. The food has been good, often delicious, and the service good too. This last meal I had was neither delicious or accompanied with good service. We were a party of 4 and had an early reservation at 5 pm as we had theater tickets nearby. The restaurant was empty at 5 pm. We ordered appetizers and main courses, with one of our party ordering the prix fixe so he also ordered dessert. We had to make a request to order wine. Our appetizers came pretty quickly. And then we got to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait some more. Our server said the main courses were coming right away but they did not. The manager said they were coming right away but they did not. And then the manager told us the kitchen was backed up. We found that difficult to believe considering that at the time we ordered, the restaurant was nearly empty. We finally got our main courses at 6:15 - about an hour after we ordered them. And what arrived was dried out chicken and partially uncooked salmon after being ordered medium. The server did reduce charges for several of the main courses. All the same, it was a disaster of a meal. And it was a disaster in public relations. I will limit my visits to Fig & Olive to the two other locations.
