Surprise sweet 16 bday. Perfect!
Even though I requested indoor seating via opentable they insisted that I selected the outdoor option (which opentable would not allow me to do because of the size of my party). The outdoor option was dreadful because the weather was cool and they were not allowed to have any patio warmers underneath the tent, which again I could not control due to the size of my party. Therefore, I was cold and my food quickly turned cold so I could not enjoy it.

I went to Farmers Fishers Bakers with my husband for my birthday brunch. Our server was an absolute delight and the food was delicious. The covid adjustments they've made since the pandemic made my husband and I feel safe. It was our first time visiting and the waterfront area is absolutely gorgeous.
To my disappointment, the experience was almost ruined at the very beginning by the nasty attitude of the hostess. Hers was the first face we saw, and she made it apparent she hated her job of welcoming in guests. She did not acknowledge us when we first walked in, and when she inquired about our reservation, she did so with the utmost detest all over her face then promptly told us to wait outside. To our dismay, we were forced to stand outside for over 30 minutes after our reservation time, watching at least 4 parties that arrived after us be seated *before* us. We stood in the cold wind as the agonizing minutes ticked by. I inquired 3 times in that period as to why we were still waiting and she claimed our "table wasn't ready yet."
FINALLY, on my 4th inquiry, were seated by another hostess whose demeanor was a complete 180 from the first hostess. Everything, thankfully, improved from that moment on. I did my best to not hold that one person's rude behavior against the entire establishment although, the foul taste she left in my mouth from our interaction still lingers long after the positive experiences I had at FFB.
All this to be said, I know that working in hospitality/customer service is not for everyone. However, as a customer paying a pretty penny to eat at your restaurant, I would appreciate a semblance of welcoming energy from the person whose job is to welcome and greet guests.
Food & drinks were excellent. Service from our waitress lacked. Everyone else was great.
I was on vacation for three days staying at the Fairmont Hotel. I came here for most breakfast lunch and dinner every day! I LOVED it! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I went to farmers Fishers bakers for the first time. The food was great and our waitress was outstanding. NY husband orders the dry aged stake it was amazing. I would definitely go there again.
The salad an salmon was outstanding. French fries are also very good.
Good food. Not so good service, especially from the hostess.

The crab cakes were really good and worth ‘the price’ it was a lot of food and next time I would get the cc sandwich The house salad was fresh but kinda slapped together def not worth it The service,however, was SLAMMED and the table and outdoor deck seemed dated, worn and dirty — everything seemed like it needed a good power wash But it was great to get OUT OF THE HOUSE and the various waiters who tried to serve us were earnest and very friendly
Amazing food and service, unfortunately they overbook reservations so you’ll be waiting past the time you book.
Great experience for first dining in 18 months. Stayed outside (which was noisier than inside). Loved the food!
We enjoyed the selection of food on the menu. We ate outdoors and we found it a little dirty and noisy. The plastic walls, tables and chairs were not fabulous.
I ordered thin crust pizza margarita and it was so boring and not crispy I ate one piece and left the rest. The guacamole was one of the best I've had, but the portion is miniscule! I ordered a side Italian salad and my friends and I joked that it was a Garnish Salad, not a Side Salad it was so minuscule! Also tasteless!!! The artichoke dip was the best thing we had, delicious bread that comes with it and a decent portion. Very loud outside, so we moved inside, better but still echoes...

The kitchen was a little slow. Other than that, the outside dining experience was great. I am glad there is a large tent outside to accommodate more people.
I love this location - great service but surprisingly packed even after brunch- not a bad thing to be busy 😊
First let me say that the food at all of their restaurants is always high quality and fresh. Second. The service is always very good. But that being said the outdoor venue is what it is and you can’t let that get in the way of the high quality meal. If you are willing to eat indoors then this is a great place. If you can ignore the noise and distractions outdoors then go. But be prepared.
The food was great as always and our server was friendly and on top of everything. Highly recommend it for anyone that wants high quality comfort food. It’s not inexpensive but worth what they charge.
So slow. Was early for my reservation and still had to wait 30 mins to be at. When I scheduled I requested to be inside. They sat me at the worst possible table outside closest to their tent door where waiters were carrying large dishes over my head and it was so windy. So i requested a different table and they brought me inside where I saw the restaurant was on the emptier side so I was wondering why they sat me outside in the first place. The food was good but our waiter was incredibly slow and our food even came before he brought our utensils and napkins.

Food was just ok. Nothing exciting about there buffet brunch. I would order off the regular menu next time
No complaints. Food and service were great. Social distancing was perfect
I wouldn’t go for brunch again. The buffet wasn’t as great as some of the other farmer restaurants in the area. Food was average but ambiance was great. Love the location.

Do not go to the brunch during the pandemic. It becomes cafeteria style with little control over the portion size. Do not eat outside during the pandemic-you are in a tent that is like a wind tunnel. The availability of coffee, biscuits, other add ons, & sweets is a challenge esp if you are outside in the tent. While we are all here to support restaurants on the local economy during difficult times & truly FFB is trying. The quality is not worth the cost. Same loud restaurant but now for an overall disappointing dining experience.

My daughters and I were so happy to be having brunch at Farmers Fishers Bakers once again. It had been over a year since we had been together and no better place to enjoy all of the wonderful foods at the brunch. Everything was perfect for us.
Would highly recommend this restaurant for all dining.
Everything was great! The biscuits were a hit and the calamari was as well.
Appreciate the outdoor seating option in the current COVID environment. It was quite cold and loud in the outdoor tent, but we understand this is beyond the restaurant's control.
King weekend get away.
Menu offers some great options for those who enjoy seafood and other options. All of the dishes (appetizers, entrees and desserts) tried were thoroughly enjoyed by the members of our party. There were some new twists on old favorites. Everything was cooked perfectly. My husband appreciated that the fried shrimp were prepared without the tail shell... much easier to eat and enjoy with the various dipping sauces. We had very little left to put into a "doggy bag". :-)
Additionally, we liked that it was near the river and with good views and close to parking garages. Making the reservation on OpenTable was easy.
Definitely will return as this time was our first time.
