Wonderful people at this lovely spot. With tasty risotto, a fantastic pasta with sausage and we got an excellent bottle of wine on recommendation. In a nice quieter spot too!

This wonderful restaurant is central, but enough off the main thoroughfare that you have a little peace and quiet. There are lots of nice things on the menu, even if it *is* primarily a meat-lover's paradise. I had both a wonderful salmon salad with greens, orange slices, and shaved fennel (delicious!) as well as, yes, the best filet I have ever eaten in my life. Seriously. This was a tender, juicy, flavorful POEM! The service, as many others have commented, was beyond exceptional. You never want for anything, but the staff also know when to leave you in peace for a bit to enjoy your food :) I speak Italian and enjoyed very much chatting at points in the meal, but I was also so impressed with how generous and kind the staff were with switching to other languages when necessary - and being patient when people started demanding they take pictures and whatnot. I will absolutely come back the next time I'm in Florence ... and that steak was so good I might make a trip just for that :)

Wonderful meal! Excellent service, thank you, Sasha! We had crostini, gnocchi with pesto, pasta with more sauce, and the Florentine beef stick. Served beautifully and tasted phenomenal. Thank you for an awesome lunch!

We found Da Lino on Open Table and tried it because of the great reviews. It did bot disappoint. We were a party of 9; several of us with severe food allergies. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The food was outstanding, our best meal in Florence. We especially enjoyed the cheese platter, the fresh pasta dishes and the local steak, which was outstanding! The service was top notch. Would happily return.

Excellent food! Super friendly staff! We went here twice for dinner in Florence and it’s a little off the main path so it’s not too busy or loud and the food was amazing!! The pici with fresh truffle is delicious!!! I will forever remember our dinner here ! We also shared the steak florentine! Amazing!

This restaurant is a hidden gem, not far from the busy Via dei Calzaiuoli, but you cannot hear the crowds at all in the restaurant. Food is outstanding, the service is second to none.

We had a wonderful dinner! The menu offered a variety of Italian dishes. The wine, food, service was all top notch. The evening was topped off with some limoncello!
