D4 Irish Pub & Cafe, named after Dublin's premiere zip code, brings a taste of Dublin to Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood. Serving modern favorites with an Irish flair, our kitchen puts the comfort of home cooking into all of our dishes. From our rustic shepherd's pie and hand battered fish & chips to our towering Angus beef burgers and warm bread pudding, we use the finest and freshest ingredients in all of our homemade recipes.

Cozy up next to one of our two fireplaces during the colder months or enjoy a private table in our main dining room. Alfresco dining is also available on our lush and expansive outdoor patio during the summer months. D4's libations list offers a vast collection of craft and imported beers, wines from around the world, seasonal cocktails and an extensive scotch and whiskey list to satisfy your every whim.

Enjoy a Classic Sunday Roast every Sunday 4-7pm Our Roasted Top Sirloin is served medium rare with made to order Yorkshire pudding, red skin mashed potatoes, roasted herb parsnips, seasonal vegetable and a generous portion of gravy. We love D4. We were there twice last week! We brought some out-of-town guests and they enjoyed their meal, the ambience and the great service. Such a great neighborhood establishment, whether it is for a weekend brunch, happy hour, or dinner

We had a group of 6 ladies for lunch and the restaurant was very kind to our many needs, including separate checks. D4 is a great neighborhood place, welcoming, food you can count on, and good drinks.

We had a wonderful meal at D4. We shared the shepherds pie and chicken pot pie. Both were excellent!! The staff was terrific ensuring we had a great experience.

We took guests to D4, a neighborhood place we enjoy. We were seated in the library area which is my preferred area; it’s less of a bar-type pub and more relaxed. I had my usual fish and chips which was two very large pieces of fish lightly battered and done perfectly. They had shepherd’s pie which was good. We were offered refills on pop and water. The service was good and we weren’t rushed.

Great food and our server (Goren - sp?) went out of his way to make sure 1 person could eat gluten free due to Celiac. My husband had the simply delicious chicken pot pie - he loved it.

Great ambience and service one of our meals was a lukewarm when it was delivered to the table yet they promptly prepared a new meal, which was excellent

Great atmosphere, exactly what you would hope for in an Irish pub. Went there to celebrate my daughter‘s 30th birthday with her husband and our other adult children, had a beautiful, round high back, corner booth, for 7, and we all absolutely loved it. Amazing food, notably, the shepherds pie and meatloaf, were great. Absolutely the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Our server Julianna, was adorable, fun, and gave us exceptional service. She was attentive, intuitive and prompt. Definitely a new favorite!
