    A group of six of us went to Cooper's Hawk for the first time for my husband's birthday. The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly; however, the experience was ultimately disappointing as, when our food finally arrived 90 minutes later, mine was cold. This is the first time I have ever sent food back at a restaurant. It was about a half hour later when I finally received my dinner, pretty much after everyone had already finished eating.

    Overall the food was pretty good and the service was as to be expected. One disappointment was the price of cocktails. A single shot captain and Coke was $12 and a margarita with rail tequila was $16. That’s a bit steep for a chain restaurant in Brookfield, WI.

    We celebrated our friends wedding anniversary. We all received nothing less than the highest level of service possible. Justin and the other staff were excellent.

    We had a wonderful time. From our experience at the bar for happy hour, to our dinner in a cozy booth for my husband and I, it was just great. We had 2 mishaps with our food but the server and manager Rachel were on top of it immediately. The Cooper’s hawk wine and tuna appetizer were to die for. We cannot wait to go back for the yummy food and outstanding service. Thank you!

    This will be the last time we dine there. Years ago it was more frequent, but the wine hyp wore off, and the reality of the place was not so favorable. The noise in the place is terrible, at least from our opinion. Conversation is difficult. If you’re older with hearing issues, forget it or, be prepare to readjust. I did notice acoustical panels installed on the ceilings, so an attempt was made to improve. The food is described very well in the menu, but the last two visits were the same, having a plate with a puddle of oil and sauce remaining on the plate. The famous potatoes were so salty, they were not edible. The service was prompt, and well executed between the orders taken and food delivery by others. A little too fast, as we were out to enjoy dinner. This was simply not a fine dinning night out, it was more of a fast turn of tables. In making a reservation with a special request to be seated on the opposite side of the dinning room from the kitchen, server and high traffic, we were escorted to a small both right next to the kitchen. I politely asked for the table I requested, and was asked to stand and wait. This may all sound critical, but I’m being truthful and honest. For fine dining, we will go elsewhere, and leave this place to kids. Oh, and we were surprised that we were told to tip based on the total amount before discounts and award points. I tipped better than normal in any case, but the experience was not forgotten.

    The food was outstanding. Our server Sam was delightful. She was prompt and helpful we enjoyed our dining experience. Also the two managers on duty, Rebecca and Kelly both stopped by our table to make sure we were having a pleasant experience. We stopped in the bar first and all the bartenders were engaging and creating a fun lively bar. Can't wait to go back!

    We had a delightful meal & birthday celebration at Cooper’s Hawk…as always, a solid dining experience! Our server, Annalise, was perfectly attentive & helpful, and our meals were delicious! Every time I dine here, I try something different, and every time, I find a new favorite. When in doubt, Cooper’s Hawk is where it’s at!!!

    Main course was good but Key Lime pie was very disappointing. Our table was ready pretty much on time and the service was decent although they mixed up a couple orders.

    My friend shared the Roasted Vegetable Flatbread, Meat Balls and Napa Salad w/Chicken. As usual, it was really good, as was the Vinter's Reserve wine. Plus, we had a wonderful server.

    I had the corned beef and cabbage dinner on March 17th. The corned beef was cooked to perfection. The cabbage should have been cooked a bit longer because it was difficult to cut and therefore crunchy when eating. The other 2 sides, mashed potatoes and carrots were cooked very well. I would order this dinner again Our server was attentive and personable and made our night out very pleasant. I would (and have) highly recommend Cooper's Hawk to anyone who loves good food. I will definitely return.

    Nice place. A little delay in getting our table, and in getting our drink order, but once that happened, service was good for the entire meal. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and prompt. Meal (appetizers and dinner) were very good. The place can get a little loud, and would be my only (slightly) negative comment.

    My mother and I love Cooper’s Hawk, it’s where we go to have a night out together and celebrate big things or small things in our lives. Last night we were greeted by a manager named Kelly who was absolutely wonderful. She had great presence, was clearly invested in the restaurant as a whole, was well-spoken, carried herself well and treated us like old family friends. Analise was our server and she was an absolute doll. She was knowledgeable of the menu and each of its items, helped my mother renew her wine club membership without making her feel forced into doing it, pointing out the value of membership and gave us a great experience. As we were leaving there was a young man, Alex, who was ensuring the cleanliness of the tables etc, and he was such a delight. Overall, once again, we had a fantastic evening and look forward to coming back.

    Food was good as usual. Coffee was served Luke warm. When I asked for a warm one, I was served a Latte because she said the milk was steamed. That may be the case but although I like cream in my coffee a latte is not the same as a cup of coffee with cream.

    This is one of our go to places, but I was disappointed enough this time to leave a review. The ambiance and food is great, but we did notice that the restaurant seems to be booking more people without enough servers to get around to everyone in a timely manner. This is not a reflection on the servers, I saw them all rushing around and no one standing around just talking and ignoring customers. Things like waiting a long time for refills, no one busing empty dishes, waiting a long time for the check, etc. We got seated after the table next to us, and we were to our appetizer before anyone even came to greet them and it was after someone at their table went to say something! I fear the restaurant sets the servers up for failure if they are not properly staffed. Because it's not cheap to go there, we usually save it for special occasions, it's all the more disappointing.

    My husband, son, and I had a wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk winery and restaurant. While waiting to be seated my husband and I were given a wine sample and then brought to our table. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions as it was our first time. The staff was very kind and courteous and accommodating with us and our 2yr old! It was a wonderful dinning experience! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting fantastic wine and incredible food!

    As always Coopers Hawk doesn’t disappoint. Was there celebrating a birthday, the server was very sweet and provided the dessert on the house and that wasn’t necessary but this is the customer service that keeps me coming back!

    The Asian lettuce wraps were a great app. The short rib risotto was very good. The parm crusted chicken was just ok (everything else I’ve had there has been better). Wine tasting was fun! Highly recommended waiting until after dinner to taste, get a good base (they give you good size tasting pours).
