Open daily from 10am to 12.00pm , CO.MO Bar & Bistrot is the ideal spot for an informal bite during the day and the perfect location to enjoy an aperitivo or an after-dinner drink with the best view on the lake .
CO.MO Bar Bistrot features original architectural elements that have been preserved, including a historic fireplace, original coffered ceiling and parquet flooring.
A contemporary marble-topped bar with leather panels and brass details provides a mellow contrast to the classic decor of the room.
The cosy interiors are adorned with reproductions of ancient watercolours that depict Lake Como, while the spacious terrace offers al fresco dining in a gorgeous lakefront setting immersed in greenery.
Open for lunch and dinner the menu features a selection of traditional Italian dishes that span Italy’s twenty regions. Prepared using seasonal produce, the dishes aim to bring out ingredients’ true flavours.
This is the place to be on Lake Como.

    La location è strepitosa e la cucina è davvero top. Il menù è semplice ma di alto livello. Il personale è molto preparato e davvero gentilissimo.

    CO.MO Bar & Bistrot is the outdoor, casual, lake view dining option at Mandarin Oriental Lake Como. The setting is beautiful with tables overlooking Lake Como. Since this is primarily resort that attracts couples, it is a very quiet, romantic atmosphere. The menu has a nice variety and everything we had was good. This resort is a 20 minute taxi ride from the town of Como so it is much more convenient to stay at the resort. And.....why would you want to leave this beautiful property?!

    Pizza (from the specials menu) was awful and they served less portion of ravioli than promised. Food prices are OK for this level of restaurant but wine prices were surreal (expensive). And this is Italy. They claimed they didn't have prosecco (in Mandarin Oriental??? Come on...). Again, we were in Italy, right?! Service was snooty, polite but condescending... Literally the nicest thing about the place was the half Spanish guard upstairs by the gate (very friendly and polite)

    What an absolutely magical hotel and restaurant. The whole ambiance of the restaurant was so surreal, especially when sitting outside and watching the sunset. All the staff memebers made it also an unforgetable evening. I would definantly rececommend this to everybody I know.
