   The drink selection was great, and my friends and I really enjoyed the fried pickles(ranch was great with these!) and cheese curds, but the coulis that came with the cheese curds didn't taste fresh, it had a slightly sour flavor to it, and it didn't pair well with the cheese curds, so we ate them plain. The Nashville Hot Chicken Nachos were honestly awful. The cheese sauce was gritty and unseasoned, it tasted as though the roux was not properly cooked down and led to a clumpy béchamel. The hot sauce on the chicken tasted artificially sweet, not honey sweet like I am used to. Our server was very nice, nothing above and beyond. They did take our drink menus away pretty abruptly right after our first drinks came out, which made it seem like they wanted us to leave, and we honestly probably would've ordered more drinks and stuck around for a while had we been interacted with or left with the drink menu longer. Probably will just go somewhere else next time.

   What can I say...I love the food here. No complaints. Some of the wait staff are new but as a regular there, most know me now and ive had very few issues

   Food was not great, luke warm. Queso was cold and chunky. Service was good to begin with but as it got busier we seemed to be forgotten about. There was a hair in one of my drinks. Good ambiance, they just can’t seem to figure out the food and service piece.

   Food was good, but service was sluggish. Also, I get that there’s inflation and supply chain this and that and pandemic recovery but it’s cable bill fee sketchy-like when a restaurant tries to slip in and/or guilt patrons into paying an “optional” kitchen/service fee and a “COVID relief fund” contribution on top of a typical tip/gratuity … all while receiving lackluster service?

    Servers were great! The manager also came by to say hi. It was the 5th visit for 2 of us and gave a great first impression to the other 3. As always so hard to make a selection with so many fun options!

    Very noisy place! High ceilings and open dining room plus music at loud levels makes having a conversation very difficult. Food was good and beer great, but I won't go back again except for an off time when it's not so crowded.

    Food was okay. Service was really slow. We had a specific request for run around the table for a stroller along with a high chair to accommodate 2 kids and 4 adults but we were offered only a table for 4 adults in a row of the same. We’ll definitely not be going there again.

    The food is spectacular. A sports bar with 12+ TV's, and while I don't drink alcohol, they're known for the multitude of craft beers.

    Overall the vibe and beer selection was great. There was good amount of food selection too. Overall was decent but not amazing. The only real problem I saw was the lack of servers and service. The service was VERY SLOW. And multiple times the server forgot what we asked for or was delivered incorrectly. But my guess was maybe they were short staffed. It would be important to staff the place to support the amount of customers.

    The one negative is the beer menu needs to be viewed on your phone. That requires a lot of scrolling through your phone one beer at a time when you are trying to choose one or build a flight. The giant beverage menu on the wall didn't help due to the glare from lighting.

    Our waitress was less than enthused to be serving us. Never once came by to ask how the food was or if we wanted any refills. We had to yell at her on every occasion that we wanted a water refill (not in a rude way- it’s a loud restaurant and she paid no attention to us whenever she walked by).

    poor service- took 30 min for staff to come and take an order. did not fill water, asked for server but came much later. Issue with staffing, however, it impacts consumer who comes to the restaurant and paying for the service. food was mediocre for the money. Will not return back.

    BBQ plate with ribs - do not recommend. There is no meat on the ribs. Kung pao cauliflower was best part of the meal. Took forever to get a refill on water. Not sure if I plan to return.

    Inattentive server. Strange as we started out with a cocktail and never inquired if we wanted another? Ribs were small and overcooked. Fish and chips and breakfast items seemed decent. First time here, uncertain I would try it again. Ambiance did seem cool.

    Erin our Waitress was absolutely wonderful!! City Works In Watertown is absolutely amazing we were able to get an table before our r Reservation time which was at 9 15pm and we got seated at 8 45 as soon as we gotten to the table our waitress took our order and with in about 10 mins! our food was absolutely amazing

    Food wasn’t that great. Not worth the price. I got the sirloin steak with finger potato and broccoli and the steak was very dry hard to swallow broccoli was still quite hard and had no flavor. The potatoes were the only good thing. I do want to mention on a better note that the cauliflower appetizer was AMAZING

    We are regulars at CityWorks and love the restaurant and food. But this time at the FIFA final, we have a horrendous experience with the “manager”. We had booked 2 weeks in advance to watch the match, had multiple conversations to confirm a large booking. But at last minute we were told our table was given to someone else for no reason at all. The manager was rude and tried to hide his mistake of giving away our table to another group. The whole experience led to us, a group of 10 with 2 kids squishing onto a table of 4.
