   Ho prenotato per le 20.00 e alle 20.05 c’era la fila per entrare. “Stiamo preparando il tavolo” mi hanno detto alle 20.15 dopo vari solleciti ma prima delle 20.30 non eravamo seduti e nessuna ci ha detto più nulla. Pessima accoglienza, davvero pessima! Sarebbe bastata una spiegazione ed un aperitivo d’ atteasa ma a quanto pare preferiscono l”overbooking ed il menefreghismo! DA EVITARE - TO BE AVOIDED

   Amazing meal! If you are on a gluten free diet, this is a must visit restaurant. The entire menu can be made gluten free and they take all the precautions concerning cross contamination. Giuseppe was the manager or one of the owners and he was so helpful and nice.

   What a disappointment. Booked on open-table recommendation, unfortunately weren’t told that if one orders pizza and the other orders pasta, the meals will not be served together. I had well&truly finished my meal before my guests meal arrived… The manager’s explanation?… if you order different meals they can’t be served together as they are made fresh??? Pre-warning of this would have been much appreciated, though other places seem to manage. We sat and watched eachother eat. So many fabulous restaurants in the area, so sorry we landed on this one. Avoid

   Have visited Florence many times and Ciro's & Sons is always the first and last restaurant we dine at. You can't beat the food and service. Great pizza and seafood pastas. A must go in Florence.

    Het eten is uitstekend, personeel neemt ondanks de drukte tijd voor je om uitleg te geven. Glutenvrij eten gaat heel goed. Alleen de akoestiek is minder, het leidt al snel tot een kakofonie en maakt het lastig een gesprek te voeren.

    They don’t honour your booking slot, anyone can walk up at any time and get their name put down on their list. It does not matter is you have a reservation or not. The Pizzas were all undercooked, very wet in the middle and soggy. The ingredients were nice however. Their calamari is not very good. There wine however was great. Overall - I would not come back here ever again. I don’t know why people give it high stars. It looks nice but the product is bad. Much better places to eat then here.

    Was seated 25 minutes after the booking, only after pushing to get seated. Poor communication. Meals came ten minutes apart with the sides arriving ten minutes after the mains had finished. Steak was well cooked and tasty. Pasta bland.

    Very busy night. Did not have a good system for dealing with guests with reservations versus those waiting in line for a table. Services and food was very slow. They may have not had enough help to deal with the crowds around Easter.

    Pasta, pizza, seafood, meat dishes were all good, simply the best food in Italy. We booked the restaurant for lunch and it was so delicious that we went back for dinner.

    The restaurant is beautiful and we had a fabulous server named Giuseppe. It was super busy and although the food was good it was a bit sporadic coming to the table. However it didn’t take away from an enjoyable evening! Would recommend and visit the next time in Firenze!

    Outdoor seating because of covid restrictions but lovely ambiance still. Ordered fettuccini and gnocchi with a sample platter. Was also served fresh olives that were divine and focaccia bread with a delicious garlic sauce. Would happily go back!!
