   The food was excellent. The service even better. They are so very attentive at this restaurant. The view out the windows is amazing too. I recommend this restaurant.

   Service was very slow. Sea bass was undercooked (rubbery) and had to be returned. Everyone at our table had finished their meal by the time my replacement meal arrived. Won’t be back.

   Everything was quite good EXCEPT for a 45 minute wait for our entrees. The staff kept apologizing and saying we were next up but other diners who arrived after us were served first. We did get 2 comped drinks. Would not go back on a weekend for dinner. Except for kitchen, service was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent but pricey. It is a hotel after all.

   A family gathering was made more wonderful by holding it at Cielo. Great cocktail, food and service. Beautiful views. Loved it.

   The service was extremely slow. My daughters steak was cooked terribly, was burnt on outside and pretty rare on the inside. Short ribs were ok at best. Wife’s salmon and drinks were the only highlights of the night.

    Staff very pleasant, but service very, very slow. Frontline staff obviously suffering from poor backup behind the scenes. I felt sorry for the serving staff. Food was OK, but some vegetables over salted.

    Nice atmosphere with good service. However, they were out of entrees, deserts, and their signature wine, 8 different bourbons. Covid ended and apparently supply chain problems persist for this place. After $180 for 2 meals is was sadly too little value for our taste.

    Not a great experience. The view and ambiance is incredible but that's about it. We sat at 7, didn't eat until 820. We ordered salad and a pork chop, neither was anything more than average and a bit salty. I will say they did their best to recover, explain, apologize and gave us 50% off our check and some free dessert/drinks at the end. I still couldn't really recommend coming out here but for the view. As long as you're ready for slow service and mediocre food...!

    This hotel restaurant should not be compared to a National standard resort. It’s a independent owned resort and it shows in a number of ways including food quality and high cost.

    Fantastic view and atmosphere. Food and service unexceptional. Kitchen made substitutions without letting us know. Kale salad with no kale? That’s fine, but how about saying something! Aside from the fantastic view and setting, the highlight was the bar and Tristan the bartender.

    Wonderful Sunday brunch overlooking a beautiful valley. Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas were served perfectly, and eggs Benedict was very good. A bit cool outside, so ate inside, but view was still quite nice. A very nice brunch venue.

    The menu was a bit uninspiring, selections seemed fall focused versus early spring. Had the queso and yucca rolls, would probably not order either one again. Entrees were the coffee crusted brisket, kale salad and sashimi, all good but not great. Desserts were cheesecake and panna cotta, the later was bland. Hoping to see an update to the menu soon.

    We enjoyed our night at Cielo very much, sitting outside on the patio watching the sunset over the mountains. The food was mostly delicious (an over-lemon-zested ricotta appetizer was the only negative). Our server, Tina, was incredible... as was the Rodney Pinot Noir.... Thanks Adero.

    My server Tevan was horrible and the place wasn’t even crowded. I sure hope this property starts training staff because it was our first time there for dinner we live 1 mile away and hoped that we had a higher end place to frequent since we are new in Fountian Hills. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this place the order we gave wasn’t communicated and part of our order was missed by our server. Dinner finally came out and was cold and flavorless. Step up your game Adero very disappointed experience cannot recommend.

    We had our courses coming out one on top of the other. They had literally just set our salads down when they brought out the entrees. We sent the entree back. They were very gracious about it but should know better how to time the courses. We also had major issues getting an Uber or Lyft car service because the restaurant is so remote.

    What a great find Cielo was. I had done some research and found Cielo on a list of Phoenix area restaurants with a great view. The view certainly lived up to expectations and the food was outstanding. I had the salmon entree and my husband had the pork chop; both were excellent. We also enjoyed the live music from 6 to 9p; performer was really entertaining. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back.

    We chose CIELO because I read that on Friday nights, they have a dark sky experience on their skytop. Unfortunately it was cloudy on the Friday we visited, so no stars were visible. Be sure to request a table by the window in the back of the restaurant (or on the patio if it's warm). The mountain view is spectacular! The front of the restaurant near the bar was more energetic and too loud for us. Our server Marcella was exceptionally attentive. The food was above average--not phenomenal. Sadly the wine list was outdated, so be sure to ask what they REALLY have on hand before getting excited about a particular bottle. Also, very hard to get an uber back to Scottsdale from here. We ended up paying for a pricier "taxi" offered by the concierge. All in all I recommend, but go on a clear night when I presume the mountain view and that beautiful starry sky will make the visit worth every extra penny.

    This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, prettiest cocktails and wonderful lunch. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. This was the best Valentines Day treat, great for any occasion. The view is amazing!

    This setting is completely different from the last time we visited. The main dining room now is one massive open room and acts as a massive echo chamber. With the live music, it was sensory overload! Not a setting for a romantic 6-course prix-fixe Valentine's dinner. It was so loud in there that it was hard to hear one another from across the table. The food was okay and the bar ran out of mint after my first cocktail so it was water for me after that. We won't be coming back to dine in the main dining room, but maybe as temps warm up we may try the regular menu on the patio where hopefully it's not as loud as a Chili's during Monday night football.

    Cielo at Adero is surrounded by gorgeous scenery in the mountains near Fountain Hills, AZ. Our food (Short Rib and Steak Frites) were delicious! Would definitely be back.

    Beautiful property with beautiful views. Nice bar/dining area. We arrived for dinner early and enjoyed cocktails on the sky lounge. Ate outside on the deck overlooking the beautiful pool and mountains. We were seated outside and it was getting dark and we could not see our food. Had to ask for the table lamp which was brought over by our server. My partner ordered the short rib and it was outstanding. I on the other hand ordered the ciopinno and was very excited until the order arrived and out of the 5 large mussels, only 1 was partially opened. That dish should have NEVER left the kitchen - I sent it back. Very disappointed so ordered an ahi appetizer that was ok. Sadly, the food was not what we expected.
