This is my 4x to Carousel! I can can consider myself a regular and I don’t go alone always with mum. It became our fav spot for a seafood spread. Without a doubt as expected like the very first time we went. Kudos! Keep it up with your work exceptional service, quality of your food and definitely a VFM!! Will be back! 👏

Hi, I was quite disappointed on the quality of some of the food at carousel. The bread pudding, laksa and the salad options were good. However, the chicken rice was really terrible. The rice was too soft and I cudnt even eat it. It did nit taste anythg like chicken rice. The selection for rhe Street food menu was not as expected. I did not also see any tteokboki as was stated. Mostly only fried stuff. Even the beehoon didnt not taste as nice as how I have eaten at other places. I have frequented carousel a number of times previously and I always recommend that the high tea is very good to my friends. But this time I am very disappointed with the selection of food and the quality of some of rhe food. I really felt it was a waste of money and I could have had better food in terms of taste at any other restaurant. It was treat for my daughter for her birthday but sad to say that she did not enjoy the food. Hope something could be done regarding the quality of food. Thank you.

Standards that have been set should be maintained or improved. Coming back here has been disappointing. No wonder the lunch occupancy has dropped tremendously. Now they no longer provide finger bowl, gloves nor a proper napkin. Only wet tissues and serviette were provided. Lunch has been reduced to 2 hours. I felt so rushed to consume my food and I didn’t get a chance to try out the entire range of food. There is a lack of staff and I have to keep looking out for them whenever I needed their assistance. I think the desserts have been reduced. Sushi is lacking in variety. Thai theme food don’t even have favourites like Tom Yum soup, fish cake, stuffed chicken wings, mango or papaya salad, green curry chicken & etc. I won’t be coming back again and can’t recommend this place to anyone

Excellent food and outstanding service! The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

My friend and me had a wonderful lunch buffet here yesterday. The food was delicious and the buffet variety commendable. However, I couldn't find a cutlery counter for extra spoons, forks and serviettes so unless I catch hold of a busy staff, I had to make do with one pair of cutlery for the entirety of my meal.

I went for the Lobster Claw Lunch Buffet. Overall the food is above average compared to many other buffets I tried recently. Cakes are very nice which you can get in many buffets now. The Ice cream is homemade and again very yummy. The only minus point for me is the Buffet timing is from 12noon to 2pm. Just 2 hours. I am a very slow eater so for me 2 hrs is slightly short. 2.5hrs will be perfect. Hope that the Buffet can ends at 2:30pm instead of 2pm.

The ambience was great, not too noisy, as I am a person who doesn't like a very noisy place. Food is splendid, wish I had more choices on the beef.
