Since 1995, we have been proudly serving the locals, students and visitors to Chapel Hill. A lot has changed in both our town and the craft beer industry since we opened our doors as the culmination of a business school plan I wrote my senior year at UNC. Today, we celebrate our North Carolina roots with a made-from-scratch menu focused on Carolina foods in a newly renovated building. I hope you enjoy a true Carolina experience here at Carolina Brewery and will look for our award winning beers on your travels throughout the Carolinas.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience but perhaps it was just an extra busy Saturday morning. One member of our party didn’t receive his food until fifteen minutes after the others in our group. Nice waitress but not great service. The chicken sandwich was super dry! My daughter did like her breakfast sandwich.

We sat outside and enjoyed the whole experience! They were very busy, but the waitress still did a wonderful job. She gave us Savanah Banana buttons! We were so very happy to be able to ride the bus to the stadium for the game.

Parking is horrible in that area. Should be a warning so we would have left at least 20 minutes earlier to be there on time.

Food was average/good. Omelets were all missing avocado. Server was not around a lot. 3 meals came out at or time and there was at least 5 or so mins before last meal came out because it was waiting on potatoes. Might come back?

Bella was our lovely server - quick, attentive, always a smile on her face. Although we spend a lot of time in Chapel Hill, this was our first time popping into Carolina Brewery. We will most definitely be spending more time there in the future. Go Heels!
