   The food was amazing here! I would’ve gotten a higher rating, but the service was so poor. We waited at least 25 minutes just to get our drinks. Overall we would come back and hope to have a different server!

   Carcara is easily our new favorite spot in downtown phx! The ambiance is amazing! Ajo Passion Margarita is the #1 must try cocktail and Brittany is the reason why we can’t wait to be back again!

    I was excited to go. The service, which was non-existent, was shared in responsibility. The hotel attached clearly had a huge conference. They took endless tables in with no reservations. We finally left after an appetizer because we needed dinner with the wine. I had a client with me who isn't in Phoenix often. I was embarrassed by my choice.

    The blue cheese crusted filet mignon was absolutely delicious so were the asparagus spears and the potatoes and the carrots roasted that’s all I had and it was more than enough and my husband had a delicious salad service was good the weather was fabulous

    Went in around happy hour on a Saturday @ 4 when they first opened - you would think they would be ready to start their day. It was the exact opposite of that, I had never been to this so called restaurant before and I am new to the Phoenix weather. I didn’t choose whether to sit inside or outside for this reason, as we arrived I asked if I could sit outside but was told no because I didn’t select it on my reservation and that they were to be saved for the following reservations. Throughout my time there there was about 30% of the outside seating taken up so what was the real reason? The hostess was no help at all, rude and blunt and well as my server. The man had no sense of life in him, I should’ve gotten him a drink to wake up him! Anyways will not be returning and neither should anyone else but if you do go, offer the hostess some fashion advice!

    I would have given it 5 stars but our drink order took forever. First time we've had our dinner come out prior to drinks. The waitress was great and prepared us that the bar was running behind but hope they are able to figure that part out.

    Was looking for a restaurant before the performance of Drunk Shakespeare and Caracca was just a short walk. Our servers were Janice and Laura and they were outstanding. Stated with drinks and buffalo Cauliflower appetizer's that were there as fast as the drinks and very good and just the right amount of heat. Dinner was Short ribs for my girl and me the Paste Verde with chicken, both were great. Not a large menu but nothing is lacking. We will be back.

    Horrible experience, didn’t get drinks until 40 minutes after ordering them. Some menu items never came. Server was preoccupied with a party and our drinks sat at the bar and the rims dripped down the sides of the glasses by the time we got them. No accountability, the server kept giving us excuses for the poor service. To top it off we were given an outdated parking validation by the cheerless manager at the host station.

    Excellent location in lobby of Sheraton and great selection on menu. Our server was amazing and added so much positive energy to our experience. Duck Confit Empenadas and Guac are great appetizers. And the winning meal was the short rib entree. Highly recommended for any occasion.

    We arrived for our reservation at 11:30. We ordered by 11:45. By 12:30, we still hadn’t received our food. Several tables had been seated after us and received their food and were paying their tab. Our conference started at 12:45 and we had to leave without ever getting our food. The host made several excuses about being busy. If they are too busy, they should not take reservations.

    We were seated right away but it took 15 minutes for the server to come take our order. I ordered their famous mimosa and after 30 minutes no mimosa and no food. While we were waiting the table next to us got up and left as they had been waiting close to an hour for their food. They also left without ever getting their order. After waiting another few minutes we got up and left. As we were leaving the waiter then came and asked if he should bring the check - for the water I guess that was on the table. The place is beautiful and the food we saw looked like it would’ve been very good. Extremely poor service. I don’t know if it was just our waiter in our section or if that’s the standard there.

    The food and atmosphere is great! However we have been here twice and both servers have been horrible. We requested to speak with the manager about our food taking almost a hour to come to the table after ordering. The manager never made it to the table. Never got refills on our drinks nor was asked if we would like anything else. Our server disappeared for over 30 mins after telling us our food would be out in 5 mins. We were not halfway through our meal when he brought us our bill without asking if we wanted anything else. Just dropped it and ran off. If you can correct your service we would be back but with so many other options out there I don’t know why I would want to be served by someone who didn’t want to be there.

    The place is beautiful but the service was awful. We waited for 20 minutes just for someone to take our drink order and that was only because we had to flag someone down to help us. Our waiter never came and other workers that are not waiters helped us when we asked. It sucks because I wanted to love this place but the service was so awful.

    Worst service i’ve ever experienced. we waited 2! hrs and still never received our food. there was no coffee and the bar service was unbelievable nothing about the restaurant is worth returning too. and the lame auto generated apology from the business owner via Yelp was insulting

    Very disappointing. We were seated at a table that wasn’t set for the amount of people in our reservation. We had to repeatedly ask for more Place settings even after we received appetizers. We asked for water refills on several occasions to no avail. Even after a manger was notified our service never got any better. The manager never even came to our table to see if everything was ok. There were many empty tables so I’m not sure why they were so negligent. Our food was mediocre and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for any occasion.
