A warm and inviting atmosphere awaits you at Cache Cache. A little bit of heart goes into each dish prepared and local ingredients are sourced when they're available. Eat lightly, enjoying some appetizers in the lounge or enjoy a full sit-down dinner with several mouth-watering entrees.

Start out your visit at Cache Cache with royal osetra caviar, Alaskan king crab or Hudson Valley Fois Gras Terrine. Entrees include a main dish with two sides and a sauce to complement your meal. Calf's liver, Colorado rack of lamb and Boulder natural rotisserie chicken are just a few of the options. Ask the sommelier to pair a wine with your meal.                                                                           We had a very good dining experience marred only by the fact that the kitchen refused to allow a substitution for a food that my wife does not care for. Considering the prices, I found that somewhat off putting.

                                                                          The atmosphere, food and service is perfect. It’s rare to experience service at this level anywhere at any price. Everything in Aspen is expensive. Cashe Cashe is no exception.

                                                                          I had a very Nice dinner with friend . We ordered scargot and one inside was missing and the chef gave us two after my complain. The wine was very good and we both ordered ossobuck . It was very good but for 2 small ladies one would be enough . We end up taking half home and I ate the next day for lunch still very good
