A salad and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, including onion rings were all excellent.

As always, great service, very good food ( I wish there were more vegan items though as salads and Fred get old.) and a convenient location with surface-level parking makes Bru Burger one of our most frequent dining choices.

We love the Gorgonzola salad. The bourbon burger was good. Our service was mediocre. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Burgers were good, but not as good as they used to be. Temperature in the dining room was cold with the air conditioning blasting. Our server was good although we didn’t see him very much. We had an issue with a water glass: the server put it on the table and it literally cracked in half and spilled an entire glass of cold water on my jeans. He was apologetic but I was surprised the manager didn’t come over and apologize. Looking back on it, would have been good to have something comped for sitting in the restaurant with a wet pair of jeans.

We strive to improve based on your feedback, David. The cracked glass and lack of manager follow-up fell short. We hear you on the temperature and comping concerns.

Had a reservation. It had to wait 15-20 minutes. Servers only came to our table a total of 4 times. Waited an hour for our food after ordering. The food was good, but not worth the wait and slow service.
BRU Burger Bar - CarmelRisposta inviata il giorno 19 agosto 2026
We apologize for falling short, Lori. The long wait despite a reservation and slow service is unacceptable. We're glad the food was good. Please call us at (317) 975-0033.
