   Had a reservation but had to wait for a table. Sat between prom kids and the kitchen. Our waitress took our drink order, then food order then never came back. Didn’t reliever or food, which is no big deal, but never came back until we flagged her for our check. We didn’t even get water refills! Horrible service and food was just ok for the price.

   Server wasn’t great, just did the bare minimum not a stellar service. It was too loud for him to hear us well too so that added to his struggles. Food was mediocre. Olive Garden would have been just as good and cheaper.

   I frequent brio often because it’s always a good experience. Unfortunately this time I couldn’t say the same. I made a 7:15 reservation for me and my 6 year old niece to have a “date” night, and wasn’t sat until 7:45. The hostess was at the stand for maybe 5 minutes of that total 30 minutes we waited. I asked for a booth (easier with a 6 year old) and pointed to one nearby. The gentleman taking us to our table said he didn’t have any booths available with servers. Within 5 minutes that booth was sat. Felt a little slighted. To make it worse it was freezing in the restaurant the entire time. It took 10 minutes for someone to greet us. Our server brought bread and butter but we had no silverware. It took me another 10 minutes to track someone down to get silverware. In that time I made eye contact with multiple employees and raised my finger a little and they just passed by me. One of them said hi and waved and walked off? Finally the manager saw me and helped out. He brought me one because they didn’t have enough clean silverware. My niece had to use the restroom so I told our server we’d be right back and asked him not to clear our table. Our appetizer (bread and lobster bisque) were still there along with drinks. They cleared our table. Our food was there when we got back. My niece ordered Mac n cheese and they brought out noodles with Alfredo. Good things she’s not picky. The food was delicious and they brought us a full new soup after our table was cleared. But they didn’t compensate us for any of the trouble. I’m not one to ask or cause a fuss so I paid and we left but overall, this was a terrible experience and I’ll think twice before going back again.

    My two friends took me to dinner to celebrate my birthday !! The hostess honored our request to sit at our favorite table! AJ was our server, he was personable, attentive and took great care of us!! Our entrees and dessert were delicious!! Thanks for a fun celebration!!

    Really great place for a date night! The food was fantastic, service was great. It is pricier than other places, but that was expected so it did not surprise or disappoint us. Definitely worth it!

    Food was absolutely delicious. Good atmosphere, but we had to wait almost 40 minutes to get seated when we had reservations that we showed up on time for. Service was good, just a busy night. Overall a pretty good time.

    Our waitress was the worst. I would not recommend going here. They are not organized at this restaurant. We ordered drinks that took twenty minutes to arrive at our table. I had to ask our waitress to go get them. Then, she didn’t take our order for dinner. We had to wait for over an thirty minutes to get our entrees. What was nightmare!

    Brios used to be one of my very favorite restaurants prior to Covid. I haven’t been back in a few years, and was very disappointed on this return visit. Prices have gone way up. Some items are 40 to 50% higher than they were 2 to 3 years ago. Service was awful. It took 15 minutes just to get water and I had to get up and ask someone to bring it to us. The wine glasses were filthy and had to be replaced. I asked for a serving spoon that never came. It took an hour and five minutes for us to get our meal after ordering even though we told the waiter that two people in our group had another event to get to. The food tasted good, but the prices did not match the service or ambience of the restaurant. We had family visiting from our of town. The poor service dampened the joy of our reunion and evening.

    The main course was DELISCIOUS! The fresh bread was warm but tasteless. The dessert was very lack luster. Wait staff is all super nice however very little check in service with your waiter for refills. I would go again but wouldn't divulge in desserts.

    Waiter brought the wrong wine to our table and then took 15 min to get the correct wine to our table. He wanted to take our order before we even had our drinks! Service was slow. We ordered a salad with our dinner and they both came at the same time rather than the salad first. He never asked how we were doing during the meal. Food was so so and not worth the price we paid. It was very bright in the restaurant too. A little darker would have been more ambient.

    Service was TERRIBLE! After being seated…waitress was a no-show. After waiting 15 mins…Finally asked host if we had someone assigned to our table. After another 5 mins waitress finally showed up. Wine came quickly…salad and entree also served promptly (by someone besides or server…but plates were almost thrown at us). Plates were also cleared promptly…by someone besides our server. Server was missing again. Never got water glasses refilled…they were empty halfway thru dinner. Never got asked if we wanted desert…never arrived with check. After waiting another 15 mins after wine glasses were empty…we finally asked manager for our check. Restaurant seemed worn over all. Glasses were water spotted. Logo was plate was almost rubbed off. On a positive note…food was very good…salads fresh…entree hot and tasty.

    Not a good experience. Made reservations for a special occasion. Slow / poor service. Forgotten about most of the evening. Food is good but pricey for what you get. No bartender on duty. Told by server that we could order wine only but she would have to get it and then later that she should “get a good tip”.

    It was a birthday I will say that our server was great at getting everyone’s orders, correct OK but was not really attentive since we were on the second floor and I believe majority of her tables were down on the first floor, which is horrible for her. And I will say that the food was not as great as it usually is on this day everything was a little under par.

    It is so loud on the first floor. On top of that they had dance style music cranked up. You could not talk to the person sitting right next to you.

    Went on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate a birthday. The dining room was fairly empty 6-8 tables of guests. It took us 15 minutes to place and drink order and another 15 or more to get the complimentary bread. Seemed like a long time given they were not busy. Once we got our bread, the meals came out in good time. Everyone enjoyed the selection and their choices. We were not even asked if we would like dessert. The service just seems to be the issue.

    Took 45 minutes to get our drinks. WIne glass was very dirty. One of us had to go to the bar to explain to bartender what he ordered. Was not offered dessert.

    Brios you have gone down hill my salad was not fresh like Years before and I used you exclusively for my company Aveta Kc catered tonour monthly meetings at Metro Med location and when inasked the new waiter a question he answered wrong without getting info right away fish smelled bad and my flat bread with the seasoning was brought out stale and cold next time cancely reservation spent alot of effort getting there.

    Our food was overly dry & literally tasteless. Our glasses were so dirty that we had to exchange them. Pretty sure they hadn’t been washed between customers. Overall very disappointing. I only gave a 2 bc of our waiter otherwise would’ve been 1’s.

    Hard to say a good thing about our experience... Our drinks took over a half hour to come from the bar, our appetizer was burned, they left scallops off one of our entrees that was a shrimp and scallop pasta dinner. The restaurant was at half capacity so staff was not taxed and our waiter did help the situation either. Our family certainly won't be back.
