This exciting, high-energy space showcases Chef John Manion’s wood-fired, South American inspired cooking, culminating from decades of experience. Brasero showcases the traditions of South American wood fired cooking with flame grilled steaks and shellfish, refreshing crudos and ceviche, and other seasonally inspired dishes

Brasero boasts an exclusively South American wine list with 100 bottles of wine under $100 dollars for you to explore along with cold cocktails and local beers. Join us every Sunday at the bar for all day Happy Hour or Wednesday for half off bottles of wine all night!

Came to Brasero for a birthday dinner and did the $115 Leap of Faith menu where you get a personalized dinner catered. 1000% worth it - you get a multiple appetizers, entrees and desserts. Everything that came out was delicious. Easily one of my favorite dinner spots in Chicago.

Excellent quality food and great atmosphere. We shared the maquero and smoked chicken entrees. Both were great, but I’ve never had a chicken dish as good as this. Sharing is a good way to go here. Let’s you experience the menu a bit more. And portions are generous. Cocktails were great too!

Delicious food and a fun atmosphere perfect for a business meal or a nice night out with friends. Loved that I was able to order multiple plates and share food with the people I was dining with.

Amazing food and even better hostess. Autumn took great care of my woman and I, and made our first time to Chicago more than memorable. Thanks again, we will definitely return and highly recommend!
